Khulna Medical College and Hospital is the largest Medical College and Hospital in this region. It is renowned as 250 Bed Hospital, but it has 500 Beds in the next by the upgradation of government budget. It is almost the best hospital in total Khulna. Thousands of people come here for there physical unfitness.

is a great honour and privilege for me to welcome the students seeking admission into Khulna Medical College. The college was established in 1992 along with four other medical colleges by the Govt. to provide skilled health man power for serving the common people of Bangladesh.
In this year (2017) K-26 batch will be admitted & (K-20) batch has successfully completed their final examination. From the day one, Khulna Medical College has stood for quality, commitment and integrity as far as the country's higher education is concerned. Student's performance is praiseworthy holding good position in the various examination under Rajshahi University. Many graduates from this college are taking higher studies at home and abroad. This institute is recognized by BCPS for postgraduate training and it has been included in WHO directory of medical colleges. As such graduates from this college can take part in USMLE examination in USA.
This institute is blessed with highly qualified teachers and modern logistics for conducting standard teaching. The teacher student relationship is unique. It has four lecture galleries, an auditorium, air conditioned library, conference room, common rooms, canteen, hostels, gymnasium, play-ground etc. for the students. Khulna Medical college hospital is situated on sonadanga area. It is a govt medical college hospital. Its called by 250 bed hospital , the hospital is known by the name of 250 bed hospital. But the hospital controlled under rajsahi university. The area is so big but environmental is not good

Khulna Medical College was established in 1992. With only a few students and little infrastructure initially, KMC began training undergraduate students. Post-graduate training was also given at the College. The College is affiliated to the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons. Facilities for academics, research and residency are available. Khulna Medical College established at Choto Boyra area in Khulna town. It's nearby important place is Karimnagor, Boyra bazar, Sonadanga bus stand, Sonadanga residential area, Boyra art college, Govt. girls school (Monnujan school) etc around it. To come here from sonadanga bus stand you may easily use an auto bike, rickshaw or any other vehicle even on foot..!
