Behavior is very bad, don't pick phone. seems the hospital phone is for show or to talk with operators friends and family. If you ask for any information they put off the phone. They are very busy.

I think there need some specialist paediatric, so that child can get better treatment. And govt should directly monitor the management system. And need to have an emergency department also there. So I rate it three out of five.
