I love Jony kabab and chap house the most out side of Dhaka city. One of the tastiest cooking I have ever tasted. The spices are prepared in a distinct way that makes it special. Little bit crispiness add extra taste on his kabab. In Jessore people usually call it 'Janir Kabab'. Highly recommended for food lovers to taste if you visited Jessore anytime.
