One of the best place to live in Khulna
Clean, well maintained.
Wonderful decoration.
Hot n cold water works well.
Wash room with modern fittings.
Good Food (Other than boarders, local people come to have food here)

Improvements
Front desk staffs
Front desk not that smart compare to its rooom facilities.
Logic behind the transparent glass(have curtains) among wash room and the room is not understood.

Been there in Dec 2015 to have Chinese food. It's was good but quite expensive if you compare within Khulna city. Environment was kid friendly as there was a toy section for kids. It helped grownups to chat while the kids were away. As far as I remember, Food quantity wasn't enough. I would suggest to go there with pocket full of money.

One of the oldest hotel of Khulna. One this hotel was very much famous for Chinese food. Interior environment of quiet and always have soft music in the background. Items are delicious and tasty. Services are good and customer friendly. Service boys are co-operative and gentle.

A very nice hotel. Frequented by both locals and multi national tourists/visitors. Quality restaurants and banquet hall are the strong points. Wi-Fi and other common facilities are available for room guests. Extremely welcoming, smiling staff. Room rent is a little much higher.

Very poor hotel management. Only renovated rooms are suitable for stay. For the first time I've stayed here and the experience is horrible. First they have given me a tiny dark room which they call suite. The bed was single, not king or queen size. No daylight can come from none of the windows as there are other buildings just two feet distance. Next day when I told them that I want to change hotel they shifted me to a new renovated room without checking that the AC is not working. Again they have shifted me to another room. Their bed cover do not cover the mattress as you can see in the picture. The pillow is hard and too big. They didn't give new set of toiletries after room make up. Their restaurant service is even worse in terms of food and behavior of the waiters. I've made complain to their restaurant manager. I recommend if you have other choice you definitely should not consider this hotel.

Food qualities are very good.
Breakfast I had were with a lot of items and delicious 😋
The foreigners also prefers it somehow..
Though it's likely in the middle of the town.

The rooms are clean and big enough, environment is good. Its easy to move in the city from it. They provide the best breakfast buffet in town. It is very popular to the tourists for its service quality. They provide tour facilities to shundorbon on their own arrangement. There is a big restaurant and a popular cafe ‘Bistro-C’ in town. Foods are tasty. They also have Barber shop, Parlor, Laundry and Car rental services available. Castle Salam is #3 of 3 Hotels in Khulna City ranking, Wi-Fi - free, Parking Free.

I have stayed here but have seen the rooms. Which is nice. Can't say anything about facilities and services. Has pool, barber shop. Restaurant and cafe Bistro-C is really good. You will have the best pizza of the town only here.
