I have to visit in this place purpose of indian visa. Service is very quick and i am extremely happy with their behavior but security guards behavior is not well. Every day more than 1000 people's coming for Visa.

Worst worst worst visa application centre I have ever seen workers are so irresponsible they really don't know about time value if I get chance I will slap e ery worker on there face I mean government er kaaaj e eto drama tooooo much sick of this ..

Though they have limited space here but their services is very good and fast. And they have priority service for senior citizens (aged people). It is really appreciable.

I have found the service good. But the guards were rough, rude & unculture. Embassy authority needs to train their guards about behaviour & culture. No bag/envelope is allowed to carry from main gate. But there is no option(from embassy authority) to keep the bag. And there is a third party travel company(Linnet) who keep the bags from applicants with charge. This means a linkage. So, overall service is not in satisfactory level.

Its a crowdy place. Every day they serve minimum thousand peoples. Well organized office room. But gourds are too rough to handle the lots of applicants. there is no waiting room or shed for the applicants. You have to wait in open sky whatever the weather. over all service and environment is ok.

Most of the guards and officials are linked with the brokers. They used to treat applicants as refugees.

Worst environment among all embassies or visa application centres in Bangladesh that I ever experienced. They used to treat honourable visa applicants as their servants. Indian authority of the embassy needs to train their employees to improve their management skill to handle huge applicants. First of all they need to train about etiquette right from security guards to officers.
