Thai Embassy is the one of the renewed embassy in Dhaka for help their citizens and other citizens. You may get dofferent if services here. Like VISAS.

One of the most worst service provider in Bangladesh. Government should review the embassy activity. Without any proper reason the rejected visa and what is their intention i don't know. I am very much disappointed about this issue.

I am not disappointed as my visa was rejected. I agree that they have the right to reject anyone.
However, what I did not like is their attitude.
01. They reject my visa at the last moment (last working day) before my flight. But, I bought my ticket, booked the hotel and submit all relevant documents long before. As my visa was not issues even after 10 days, then I submitted one "urgent" letter mentioning my reasons for travelling Thailand. However, still it took a significant amount of time and I received my rejected passport on the last working day before my flight. I was too disappointed that I actually had no options to refund my flight or hotel booking.
So, my request to Thai embassy is that if you want to reject someone, reject it well before. There is no reason to sit on someone's passport and reject it at the end moment. This is not good. A rejection decision should not take that long. Do understand that passport is a very important travel document and if you reject someone's visa at the early stage, they can plan to go somewhere else. Going Thailand is not the only thing that we dream in our life. We can go other places by that time.
02. The Thai embassy called me and called my office for inquiry. I do not know whether they called my Bank or someone else. My all documents were valid and best to my opinion. But, still when they called me they asked some irrelevant/personal questions, which I believe have no relation with visa.
03. The helpline is not really helpful. They can actually say what I already knew, i.e., my passport is under processing at Royal Thai Embassy. However, they cannot say that how long it might take or what should I do to push my visa processing.
04. The authorized agent VFS global staffs are good but I want to mention two issues. (a) They wrote my birth date in their system wrongly. Then, how I understood that? I understood from the conversation when I called the helpline. Then I spoke this issue with the VFS staff during submitting my urgent letter. They said it is not a big deal. (b) I could not enter the VFS office with my laptop. They said, they will not keep it and also would not allow me to enter inside the office with the laptop. So, what is the solution? The solution is I have to keep my laptop somewhere else, perhaps to the guard/security who is unknown to me. The guard/security took money for keeping the laptop. I was so pissed off for this attitude. But, I think the guard is OK because the authority made the system like this.
Anyway, thanks for reading and I hope the Royal Thai Embassy will be kind to general people like us. Peace to everyone and take my critic positively.response / report this review -
