They hardly attend phone calls, and if you are lucky to get them over phone, get ready to listen to someone with a very rude attitude. After the exam, while sending the score to universities, you will face lots of difficulties as they don't cooperate. I will never recommend this kind of professional platform. The British council could be a good alternative.

I found that she was very friendly and clear while providing information regarding the universities in Australia and how to apply. My counsellor is very active, helpful and cooperative person from whom I received lots of information, assistance regarding my visa and admission purpose.
