  Once it was only way of communication from Faridganj to Chandpur by vehicles, and ferries would carry over the vehicles. The busiest ferry terminal went into oblivion, as bridge had been built in the other side of the river. Oh, how things got changed.
  However, still it continues to be a Launch Terminal but like every launch terminal of the country, approach road to terminal is too thin and slim, jammed with rickshaws and CNG driven Auto-Rickshaw. Cleanliness and discipline is far cry as it is ubiquitous in everywhere of Bangladesh.
