'Hotel Purbani' is a famous name to local people. It's a very oldest Hotel in Dhaka city. Environment so good. Service customer friendly. Beautiful place with easy locations.

Good hotel, comfortable and liberally sized airy rooms. Wish they keep coffee and tea sachets for odd time urges. Some authentic Bangla cuisine on the menu may be added than the usual standard fare

Hotel Purbani is one of the oldest hotel in Bangladesh. The hotel is a history. This is located in the prime area of the town. The rooms, lobby area are quite fine though these seems are not compatible with other concurrent residential restaurants. restaurant services are good but there must be improvement require in their customer services. Some. Overall, it's a good residential hotel within the area but it'll be hard to make comparison with newly established hotels.

It was the first time for me in dhaka. so the choice of the hotel was not simple. I had apreciated the location, the silent room, the general quality of the service and naturally, the historic atmosphere. May be I'll book at Savoy if will come in Dhaka again, and surely I will suggest the hotel. Bye

I can't talk about the room quality, but I tried their restaurant few times for buffet dinner. It was awesome. The wide range of different cuisines and quality of food was really appreciable. Their dessert options were also really good.

I can't give review on the rooms, but their pastry shop situated on the ground floor is awesome. Their beef samosa used to be one of the bests in town. The cakes also used to be very good. I don't know about the quality now though. But one thing I can say for sure is they make the best balushahi in town. If you are in the surrounding area and have crave for a sweet-tooth then you must try this. Make sure you buy the fresh ones to get the best taste.
