HSBC Baridhara branch is the Champion branch among all branches in Bangladesh. Select lounge is available here and also there is a separate wings for Corporate employees. There are two ATM booths with a spacious and lucrative view. There are good numbers of customers footfall here. You will find the people very cooperative. Whole branch is well decorated.

Gulshan-2 or Baridhara branch of HSBC. Good but slow service. HSBC has very little focus on retail consumer banking services. Has very over the notch security requirements which does not match with other private local banks. Lot of improvement opportunities in their consumer services.

Good bank worldwide. But in Bangladesh still needs to be more online. Anything related to banking you have to go by yourself physically and they will need at least 03 working days to process your requirements and then again you will have to visit any of their branch physically. In today's day and time this something we don't expect from an international bank.

Baridhara Branch of HSBC bank. Wonderful building with Superior interior design. But they should improve their transaction service. Mainly big corporate house of Bangladesh use their services. Foreign trade is the main business of this branch.
