Worst vet I have ever come across. He does not even have enough knowledge or education for treating the animals. Almost killed my cat with wrong treatment. Just because it's Bangladesh and nothing happens here, otherwise I would have sued him.

I don't suggest you to take your pet there. The doctor is kind of rude and doesn't care much about the patient. My cat was injured and couldn't walk, but this doctor made me wait about an hour to treat my cat. He doesn't care about emergency patient instead he was vaccinating another cat and watch my cat to suffer.

doctor needs more knowledge about birds problems n how to cure perfectlycoz less knowledge is dangerous for one life.so plz doctor's should check birds health condition first then prescribe right dose for sick birds.weak n little birds r not torlate heavy dose.sick birds should be admitted in the hospital/clinic first but sadly say, the animal hospital/clinic in the Bangladesh no admission process for sick birds as a result birds r dieing coz doctor knows better take care n more knowledge about patients(birds, cats, dogs, cow etc) than owners like humen doctors

I took my rabbit here because he was suddenly suffering paralysis. They gave him vitamins and said it was no big deal, but we all knew that wasn’t true. We planned to take my rabbit to a different vet the next day but by the next morning, my rabbit had passed despite giving him the vitamins they prescribed. Don’t take your pets here. My poltu suffered a lot and it breaks my heart that i could do nothing for him.

I vaccinated my cat here. In Bangladesh there is no good clinic to treat these helpless animals. gulshan pet clinic needs to improve in many sectors but I appreciate their approach to treat these helpless animals. My suggestions are:
1)improve the hygiene of the clinic
2)make separate rooms for the sick animals
3)improve the air conditioning and lighting systems.

This clinic has a reputation of prescribing the wrong medication. Happened to me recently with my sister's puppy.

The hygiene of the clinic is unhealthy for you and your pets. I suggest to find another vet.

I took my cat to the pet clinic, she had a problem with her eye, the doctor examined her in a minute and gave me medicines, which are common to humans.. after a month of using the medicines my cat lost her eye sight in one eye.. he gives wrong medicines, and now my cat, Sasha is suffering because of the careless behaviour of the doctor

After being my dogs doctor for an year, when I called him in an emergency, he refused to respond and deal with my problem. I had to contact a doctor in india, and get my dog back to life via a WhatsApp call..after further investigation, from my doctor in India, of the medicines he was giving my dog it was revealed, they were all wrong..

Be very aware of this place! I had been visiting here for almost 6 years to treat my cat mostly due to the lack of alternatives nearby. It also needs to be mentioned that I believe Dr. Ajmat Ali, the owner and doctor-in-charge, was a reasonably good vet himself when the clinic was smaller and he was the only doctor. Although he had always been rude and bad in communication (Speaks a very non-standard dialect and rarely cares to take the history and complains).

The problem is, in recent times they have become so much business oriented that the service is deteriorating significantly. They have hired two rather inexperienced doctors (Another one of my acquaintances who used to visit the clinic with his cat actually claimed that they do not even have DVM degrees but I have no certain proof on that.) and Dr Ajmat Ali rarely has the time to listen to the patients' attendants or supervise his staffs often causing wrong treatments. He simply seems more keen on selling accessories or advising clients to buy new hybrid kittens / puppies from him rather than actually treating the patients.

A few months ago one of my cats broke it's leg and was immediately rushed to the clinic. One of the junior doctors performed a surgery and asked to bring the cat everyday for dressing. We were worried as there was little sign of progress even though every single instruction was carefully carried out. and no expense was spared. More worryingly the two junior doctors were giving quite opposite status on the cat's condition so we had no way of knowing what was actually the condition). We raised the concern to Dr Ali but he maintained everything was ok. After several weeks when the junior doctor was absent, Dr Ali suddenly claimed one day that some things were done wrongly and tried to blame the attendants. When we reminded him of the previous instructions and prescriptions he simply kept shouting that "We did nothing wrong. Why are you asking so many questions?" without even looking at anything.

Finally I have had enough and started to take the long trip to Dhanmondi to see another vet but the ineptitude already made by them caused my cat to carry a lifelong limp. If you want to avoid similar fate, be careful of this horrible person and his too commercial clinic.
