Really not that much life saving, a blood bank should be a 24/7 service, But what the hell, it opens at 9 am and closes at 8. I am not sure why is that but this one is fairly cheaper than others (700 for screening and cross matching), service well enough but the problem here is that the authority has made the system too much complicated-I don't know why and seemed the officials really don't really care about whatever emergency condition you are in. Needs improvement in the management and behaviour of the people working in the centre.
