It's a good place for receiving quality treatment. The doctors and staff are quite friendly . It's especially suitably for those who can't afford very expensive treatment. Prices are reasonable here

This is hospital in Chittagong which have well manner in the around of this hospital. Very good accompany by doctorss, nurse's and all stuff. All floor are very clean and well decorated. A good management sign you will find here which is I don't find in any others hospitals in the city of Chittagong. And A big point is treatment label is very very satisfied with minimum cost. In this hospital have a big pharmacy where you will get 10% discount buy in your medicine everytime.

Worst experience. What to start with i dont know. Mom was admitted for 8 days. They have a slow process of doing things. Normally any kind of tests are done within the first 2 days of admission but over here it took them 4 days to do although the tests to be done was written by the senior doc. Theres a big communication gap between the deparments and the staffs. Everytime i had ask them for which medication to give before & after food. The nurses never check what medication is available with the patient. They just prescribe it on a paper and ask you to go and get it. And the pharmacists, they will not give the actual meds what is prescribed by the doc/ nurse but a different one. The single use syringes/ needles are used over and over again which i dont think is good even if its for the same patient. This happened a couple of times that the nurse gives injection to the patient and the needles are lying around on the bed or the table and they just leave the room. There is no hand sanitizers at all. This facility needs professional and experienced staffs and a lot of changes. I would highly recommend everyone to NOT visit this hospital. The only thing that is nice about this place, its neat and clean & the staffs are kinda friendly.
