They sales all fake counterfeit brand. They even don't know how to make lenses to match the precipitation.

The best thing about Fashion Optics is Dr. Faridul Hasan.
Unfortunately this is not the place to go to buy or fix glasses. I gave them an expensive pair of glasses to fit, but they applied so much heat that it destroyed my expensive American lenses!
Their solution was to replace the lenses for me, but the lenses they provided were of much lower quality than the ones that were destroyed.
The only thing that kept me from giving a one-star review is Dr. Faridul Hasan.
UPDATE: Contacted the customer help line and explained my situation. My lenses were upgraded to a higher quality. The management has made a great effort to correct the problem, and I am fully satisfied!response / report this review -

There was a sales person who was shouting so much on the phone that i could not hear the doctors feesthey said 600 as doctors fees.we were 3 ppl.i thought he said 600 for 3 of us.i ended up paying 1800.the sales man was screaming on the phone with a lady in high volume..horrible salesman..too expensive doctor.

The messed my glasses up, i had the lenses tested abroad and it does not match with my prescription, it's off. In other words, avoid this place at all costs.

In house optometrist available during daytime and eye specialist doctor at the evening. Parking for 3 cars with security guard at door.response / report this review
