It's a good place to buy computer, laptop and accessories.

They have many branches.

Price seems good.

Today I have faced a new issue card charge.

I paid my bills using Amex & I had to pay additional. This is the first time I have faced this with them.

Told them will rethink to comeback again.

Hope they will change this

it has got desktop,laptop/notebook,computer accessories of all brands. they have the reputation of selling genuine products at the market price. they have got their own servicing center. what I didn't like though is that they take extra charge if you pay using debit/credit card.

One of the leading computer chain shop in Bangladesh. Very good service. Price is good. Very good collection of leading brands computers, laptops and accessories. They also provides corporate deals, private deals. Very Good response in warranty claim. I am not sure if it's still running, they offers EMI deals. They also provides very good repairing services.

Its the branch of Ryans Computer at Gulshan- Banani area. Located beside the bridge, its easy to find and its quite big containing all sorts computers and accessories. You name it and will find it here and the price is very much market competitive as well. Recommend for small, medium and big purchases.

I would have given them a 4-star but I have noticed that more often than not they run short of items that are usually found on other branches. I always wanted to take advantage of having it near my hous, but that didn't happen a lot of times. Also, I would say they are slower than other branches in processing a purchase.

Basically I am a Ryans computer's fan for an age. Now start loving as they have opened showroom in this Gulshan-Banani belt, now more run to the IDB or ECS or anywhere else! While making several transaction with Ryans, I learnt they deal with varieties of product under the same roof with most competitive price. Usually I learn price before making purchase visit, I found Ryans quote lesser price than other computers parts re-sellers in the town. This time I went for buy Samsung S24F350FHW 24" monitor and Ryans offered me the most competitive price. But I didn't like one silly thing as, Ryans charge additional 2-2.5% when making purchase thru Card like VISA/MC/AMEX. It looked really cheap to me as in the town many other shopkeepers charges additional amount, but all of them are not as big and famous as Ryans!

I have been buying products from them (mostly from the branch in IDB) for a long time. Price is reasonable and the service is really good. Guarantees are maintained and I was even refunded for a product that they could not replace because it was out of production. Definitely recommend.

I received my printer a few weeks ago but have been busy with many things that I couldn't write a review. I purchased my printer almost a year ago. A few months ago, it started malfunctioning and wouldn't start. I went to their service center. After 1 hour of queueing, I got a customer rep; he told me I have to have the printer checked first. So I waited another 15-20 minutes to get my chance. This time, the reps weren't super hospitable; but that's understandable given their busy work schedule.
Then I went to the first customer person again. This time he checked my warranty paper and other details, then told me it'd take 10-15 days and they'd call me once the job is done. I handed over my printer in its original box along with 60-70% filled working cartridges.
Fast forward to 10/11 days, I got the call and went their to receive my item. Only to find out that they've lost my original box. They told me to check the item again. I went to their checking station; after a few minutes, the checker person took the printer, scanned a document and printed it. The colors were inaccurate, faded and missing here and there. They told me the ink probably has dried out and would take a few tries to adjust. Seeing my printer start, I took their words and asked them to give me a box for carrying. The reps were super nice to give me an empty carton of Navy Cigarette to carry the thing. /s
Now my printer doesn't print. I have tried many times to print a document but to no avail. Moreover the cartridges they have supplied me with are not the original ones. My printer software found it the instance I plugged it in. So they lied to me about the dry ink.
I have been a long time customer of Ryans, this was the first time I needed a service and they disappointed me big time. I hope no one has to go through this. 0/10, would not buy from them again.
