do not get any piercings here, the place is unhygienic and will result in an infection. every piercing that i know are from here have resulted in an infection although it was properly taken care of. their bridal make up is also very bad, overall do not recommend to anyone.

They always give the best haircuts and service :") I went really late on Chad-Raat, and even though they were planning to close, they employees still agreed to take their time and do my haircut. So definitely they know how to treat their customers with utmost love

My sister got the bridal makeup package where the makeup artist was Farzana Shakil’s assistant Rina. She was wonderful and the makeup was really nice. However management’s behaviour and customer service was terrible. The lady at the front desk was quite rude in answering our questions. She told us that my mother and I couldn’t stay in the room with my sister while the makeup was being done- which was quite ridiculous to me given that my sister wanted our feedback and moral support throughout the process. Lastly, when the makeup was complete, lady at the front desk wanted to take my sister’s photo- to which we politely asked her not to take. Even after that she tried to stealthily take a photo with my mother noticed and we literally had to block their phone with our hands to make sure they didn’t take any photos! This was a complete breach of trust and horrible way to treat a customer. I don’t think I’m ever going back there again.

Got my nose pierced from here last Friday. Staffs were really professional and careful about it. Didn't feel a thing. 3 days later went back to get my nose pin changed, the two staffs who changed it made sure they were careful enough not to hurt me and took their time rather than rushing the process. Definitely going back for other services 🧡

I went to this branch twice: for haircut and eyebrows. Their service is really bad and not friendly. They are always in a hurry. I wanted a bardot bangs haircut and showed a picture of how I wanted it to be. I also explained to ensure she understood the hairstyle I wanted. But without taking any time she cut huge chunk of hair short. When I asked her why she cut so much, she was like this is how we always do it. She didn’t even acknowledge that she ruined my hairstyle. My hair is so unmanageable now. I have to hide the extra hair she cut short in the middle and until it grows out (which will take a few months), I will be stuck with a weird bangs. I will never go there again. If you don’t wanna ruin your hairstyle, never go to this place.

I had taken bridal makeover them and i was totally satisfied with their service. But behavior of coordinating staffs are really bad. Even staffs were talking about their official decision in front of clients. Way too noisy and disturbing.

Excellent service with very helpful manager and bueaty experts.i have acne problem.tgey gave me an acne facial and it works on my sensitive skin very effectively.70% of my pimples were gone and my skin looks fresh.they took almost 2 hour to complete the session.
