I took a hair cut from them but the receptionist was very unprofessional. She treated us very badly. In addition to that, the hairdresser was also unskilled and behaved roughly. They are not maintaining their quality of service and asking high prices.

The receptionist was very rude to me. She made us wait for 20/25 as there wasn’t enough staffs but when I was asking to do it earlier she was irritated. I have purchased their service several time but due to their rudeness, I’m not gonna visit them again since I have several better options.

They have some skilled hair styler here, so you can get a cool hair cut for sure.

I was a bit skeptical about trying out this new parlor. It is right next to my house in Dhanmondi. We went there for haircut, hair rebonding and hair coloring. I am happy about my fresh hair cut. My colleague was quite satisfied with her hair rebonding as well. The staff was friendly and constantly asked me if I was comfortable.
The price of the service is the same as other parlours in the region (yes, pricey). The environment and seating facilities are not upto standard. Moreover, I felt lack of hygiene and cleaniness. They were a bit messy as well.
Overall, I am satisfied with their hair service and expertise, but they should really look into their environment conditions and upgrade it to the level of the cost charged.response / report this review -
