They took 4 hours for removing acrylic nails. They don't say in advance how long a job will take. They want to grab customer in their chair and deploy inexperienced staff and then your stuck because they already took payment in advance. They deployed a new staff and even though i told her she cut my nail the wrong way she kept ignoring my words and eventually the nail broke. After they have waisted your time, they will give you lame excuses e.g. "today we are understaffed" (although today is Friday which is peak day for these businesses), "the actual expert for your job didn't come today", "sick today", etc.! And when you tell them you want to report to the owner, they say not to tell the owner as she gets angry easily. Then they tell you to come another day, After having wasted 4 hours!
They have no respect for customers' valuable time and experience and for their boss whose image is getting tarnished as well! The only way they survive is because many customers are quiet in nature, believing what the staff says, and don't comment on google map!response / report this review -

Have got waiting space near reception area. Behaviour is hospitable. But their hair cut service is not upto the mark. Price is good compared to other salons. Place is hygienic.

It’s a very famous and best parlour at Dhaka city. It is very expensive beauty parlour. I love there service it’s very good. They take good care of their customers. And there works are very beautiful. Their bridal makeovers are very famous at our country. There hair treatment solution is also very beautiful and high costly. Their facial are very good for face skin. They use good product for customers. This is one of my favourite beauty parlour.

Farzana shakils never quality of service is always superb to me. I go there monthly. But their operator workers seemed a bit rude to me. The dhanmondi branch ones are very nice and gentle behaving. This brunch should work on their attitude and behaviour, as, i think, humbleness will never get you down, rather it will increase your business as the customer satisfaction will grow higher. But the service was just out of the world and I left the place feeling out of the world! Best of luck for the future!
