They are very rude, especially the receptionist. She had so much attitude, made me want to leave the place right away. The staffs is all over the place. Wont talk to you nicely or even ask you what you want. Made me wait for a long time, pretended as if I am not there. Wont consult with you. Worst service ever. Do not recommend going there.

Staff are rude. Over charges you due to being a foreigner and they do not know how to actually blowdry hair straight, they just blowdry it and hair is still fluffy. You have to show them how to actually blowdry properly your self for them to get it right.

Worst beauty salon ever! We booked for holud makeover and gave 2000 tk advance. After seeing the reviews we decided not to do makeover and just do hair and saree for the bride which they charged 1800 tk. Gave us their worst girls (as a revenge for cancelling I guess) and she took 4 attempts and 1n half hour to make her wear the saree. The women who did the hair was too rude and did the worst braid. She didn't make any eye contact or bothered to listen. Instead of taking 1800 tk they refused to set the headpiece. Do not suggest to go to this place. It is a place full of rude people.

It took them 20 minutes to do only chin threading. When asked about bangla shari style, only one person in the parlour knew how to do it and she was busy like hell, so had to wait for ages. Both me and my sister showed them how to do the hair in a photo and in both our cases, the stylist said ok, and then they did what they know besta very common hair style we didn't ask for!! Its a very unprofessional environment inside and I can vouch for it after visiting another fantastic parlour nearby where they put lot of attention to me and my requirements. Overall my experience at Aura was aweful and very upsetting.

unexpected level of worst service I have ever received from a beauty parlour in my life. Although the price is at premium level, the quality of service specifically facial is totally bogus. Unskilled girls are doing facial who even doesn't know what to do and how to do. They spend a lot for their advertising rather than spending on quality aspects.

Worst service I have ever received from any business in Dhaka, and that says a lot. Its not worth going for the substandard and rude behaviour you will get from their staff. If you want excellent customer service, take your money elsewhere.

Awful service, staff don't listen, and there is not systems in place to look after their customers. They made a complete mess of my nails, and did not do anything to apologise or offer to return my money. Was really disappointed.
