I have been a customer of DTECH for over 6 years and I have been very happy with their service.
The Internet Service form DTECH, has been using for Canadian University of Bangladesh, Strategic Holdings, News Bangla 24, Dainik Bangla, Strategic Equity Management Ltd. SFL, SFIL, Padma Bank Securities Ltd, Cd-Net Communications Ltd. luminous Ltd. and Next Space Ltd.
I have had very few outages and when I have had problems, the customer service has been very responsive and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with DTECH and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an internet service provider.
Here are some of the specific things that I like about DTECH :
Reliable service: I have had very few outages with DTECH . In the past 6 years, I have only had two outages that lasted for more than a few hours.
Responsive customer service: When I have had problems with my service, DTECH has always been very responsive and helpful. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to speak to a customer service representative.
Here are some suggestions for how DTECH could improve their service:
Offer more discounts: DTECH could offer more discounts for long-term customers or for customers who bundle their internet service with other services, such as TV or phone.
Expand their coverage area: DTECH could expand their coverage area to reach more customers.
Offer more customer support options: DTECH could offer more customer support options, such as live chat or email support.

10 years back, started their internet service for personal use. Over time they expanded their services and I am still using. Currently using 3 connection at home, also web hosting service from them. Very few times, had to call their support as they fix the problem beforehand. Would like to from them.
