It is more like official area rather than residential. Lots of foreign buying office from garments sector and offices from other sector as well. Security is very good though as a result companies tend to have a office in this area. Well planned area with lots of facilities, have a super mall inside the area.

Safe, securied and organised. This residential area is mainly alloted by the Govt. to retired defence officers. Hence it's known as Defence Officer's Housing Society (DOHS) Baridhara. Please note that exit through the main gate is prohibited without a DOHS car sticker. Also the main gate is closed 11:00 p.m onwards.

its a residential area. it is a secured area for living and the environment is also very neighborly. it has park playground for kids, basketball court, lake shopping mall and a community center for the neighbors. it is expensive area to live but living environment is highly appreciable.

Baridhara DOHS is living place of retired army. After retirement from their job, they get a partial amount of land to build their own home. This place is complete secured and a standard place to live. Many foreign diplomat Headquarter are also placed here.

DOHS Baridhara is a residential area. Though this place is full of offices of garment and buying house. Very nice place for security and many foreigners live here because of security. This area have own security system by DOHS Baridhara Parishad.
