    Nice high-rise office building. Located one of the important commercial area Gulshan-2. Dhaka North City Corporation was established on 29 November 2011. It is one of the two municipal corporations in Dhaka created when the former Dhaka City Corporation was divided into two. Dhaka North City Corporation consists of 36 wards covering the thanas of Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Pallabi, Adabor, Kafrul, Dhaka Cantonment , Tejgaon, Gulshan, Rampura, Banani, Khilkhet, Vatara, Turag, Badda, Uttara, Uttarkhan, Dakkshinkhan & some others.

    Agents are everywhere, you need to offer them money to speed up your task.
    In my case agent asked for 1500 taka extra for trade license. Whatever i got it in time. Good agent. Lol

    The address has changed Google, this is no longer in Gulshan. It was shifted to new location on 16 April 2017. New Address is 45 Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Sharani

    Extremely poor environment, inefficient service. People go there only when they are forced to. There is no service counter or desk. No staffs to speak to for any inquiry. Many people, both employees and visitors are seen crowding small office rooms amidst huge stack of papers.

    From its beginning as a small city with a few thousand people, Dhaka actually experienced dramatic turns upward and today it has become one of the fastest growing mega cities of the world. Its existence as a major urban agglomeration has been consistent over a period of 400 years. Even the most developed cities in the world today cannot boast 400 years of uninterrupted and organized existence that Dhaka does as a historic city.
