Recently theservice of making passport is more easier than before because of online facility, but it till need to improve more for best service. The support stuff is helpful but you need to cautious regarding sharing your problem with any one, No additional fee is not needed to make passport don't deal with any broker or dalal.

No distancing. Too many anxiety disordered people and lack of proper queues despite having token system. The staff at the counter just about serves anybody in the queue in improper order, delaying those patiently who waited for hours for their turn with a proper token. Those who break the queue are shamelessly anxious, foul mouthed, aggressively retarded and disrespectful.

I applied more than 5 months ago, but still i didn't get my passport.for 4 months it is showing pending for personalization.the delivery date was 2.3.2020 but why so late?why the service is too bad?the help centre never receive calls.i need my passport urgently but the service is very bad.

For people who are planning to apply for MRP. I would suggest them to apply using the online portal rather than conventional paper form in which case the operators at DIP have to type-in certain info which makes the application susceptible to human error, plus the queue is longer (based on my single day experience). Overall the service is much better still not free from brokers though. If the job is done in 1st half of a working day, one should feel satisfied. Advised to take a full day off!

It is a nice place. Everything is in very well disciplined. There are many army person who will help you in your problems. They are very helpful person. If you have all required documents, you will get your passports within due time.

Its a nice place of doing passport for Bangladeshi citizens. Their is no complexity as like as before. All information you need is available in their website. You have to follow just their rules. its open from 9 am to 2 pm. So, if you want to do passport pls try to come in time. Their service is very smooth.

I'm totally surprised to see how good is their service and behaviour as it's a govt office. The office is well spaced, there's guidance everywhere, and everyone is really cooperative. No sign off rude behaviour like other govt offices.
Applications are received easily and passports are delivered in proper time.

Agaogaon office is the head office and also act as regional passport office for Tejgaon, Mohammadpur, Mirpur area. There are 4 more regional office in Dhaka city. So please check what is right regional office for your local address.

I gave 3 star coz i faced several difficulties for not giving tips to agents works there. That happen on 13.09.17. But environment is far more improved that it was 5 years ago. Try to take help of the army centris there. And off course follow instruction comply. Make sure you have brought all the document s. Even some document may not be apparent necessary but you should bring for there checking.

Oh you must wear colorful shirt,dress (not white or one color) for taking photos for passport.

If everything is ok, then you do not need to bribe anyone. Though there's Dalals everywhere. Employees here tend to work slow and are somewhat unprofessional.

Tip: Come early. Sunday and Thursday is always busy day. Be confident, know your right and challenge.

We want Passport for 10 years to abate difficulties in foreign countries. Pakistan , India and all countries started issuing 10 years passport from 15-20 years before. That means those countries are more advance than Bangladesh ????. What is doing concern ministries ? are they doing their job correctly ?
