Price high, staffs do not know cordial behavior, don,t like to answer guest's questions. Foods are good. Easy access from any parts of Khulna. Rooms are clean. No sound pollution. Breakfast is good. Early booking is needed. You can have intercity bus counter near to hotel. I liked their steam fish with vegetables. You can easily print you documents from ground floor.

Nice hotel 3 star level. It's the best hotel in Khulna city. There are many foreigners and VIP person stay here. Their service is awesome. Tight security, charming view overall it's nice place to stay here.

I would rate this place as average though I've been staying there regularly as it's the only lodging facility in Khulna approved by my Agency. They have almost all basic facilities, suit rooms are spacious with a fairly large sitting place but I don't get the comfort inside the room. I was surprise to see old hard towels in the bathroom. Seems they don't use washing machine and these are very old and in use for years. They are careless about this even if we brought this to their attention. The hotel charge you Tk.300 per hour separately for using sweeping pool. The restaurant is good enough but most of the items are 'not available today.' They have 3 set menus reasonably priced and fair selection of items. I sometimes prefer one of these instead of searching something in the complicated menu. Staff are cordial and smiling and try their best to help you. Location wise the hotel is placed very well. You get plenty of options for a morning walk and the city is considered to be safe for the visitors.

The rooms are very good and comfortable. service are also good. Though the restaurant take time to seve the food and expensive, but they are very testy. Meeting/Conference hall are well decorated with very good looks. You can use gym free of cost but pool charges BDT 300/hour. The complimentary breakfast with more than 20 items buffet is very good.

Well stuffed, food is delicious and their service is. Of course it's expensive. One of the most expensive places to eat and dine within the city. Inspite of that, the place is very popular among the city crowd.even I personally like going there. Overall they should focusing on what they are doing more. As u call it, nothing is perfect

No ramp for disable people, or for your luggage, did not get any helping hand from the hotel or reception, swimming pool requires additional charge (approximately 5 dollar), not warm water facilities, no lighting inside the pool, poor lighting on the rooftop, food was not delicious at all, even in some cases tasted very odd. Food court Services are slow. Gym is very small. Room service is good. Common toilets around the meeting room or conference room were worst. Conference rooms were not well decorated.

Exceptionally the elevators had some awesome music inside.

It is in a modern and less crowded area. Favorite hotel to the Corporate travelers. It is also a preferred hotel by the foreign travelers. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are well fitted with tubs and shower, corridors are well decorated. It has secured locker service in every room. It has a restaurant; the quality of local cuisine is good. Hotel has a swimming pool facility for guest. Staffs are cordial. City Inn is #1 of 3 Hotels in Khulna City ranking, Wi-Fi - free, Parking Free.

safe rooms, clean washroom with kits, well organized room with all necessary contact points & food info. A big prayer room. Gym, swimming pool all good. National level cricketers stay here during National games. But WiFi speed needs yo be faster. Nice restaurant, good options for breakfast.

Dnt know about hotel experience as I haven't stayed here, but as heard from my relatives who had said that it was really good. Not to miss, it has one of the best restaurants of the city. Barber shop is also good. It should have a cafe a though.

Excellent rooms. The service is really good as well. BUT The food choice after 11PM is extremely limited.
