Nature-Great Food!

We just found the best option near Dhaka during the pandemic. Wonderful resort with greenery.You can literally dive into the nature. Facilities are great! I stayed 1 bedroom suite.room interiors was good but not properly maintained that time I saw.and in bathroom I saw a fog so its was scary for me.restaurant service was not that much good.would like to mention about swimming pool.best swimming pool i found here but not family friendly.As male female are using same pool so female could use proper clothes.I mean it can be maintain by resort teams and I saw there some odd things seems like they are not married.

Not recommended for a visit with family.

Absolutely brilliant property. A perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of the city into the wilderness. A modern resort with all amenities one could ask for, yet you feel close to nature. Fantastic calm nature you couldn't resist.

They have the biggest swimming pool in Bangladesh as far as I know. But they need to put fence around it, saw some frogs and insects inside pool.

A perfect place to get together and make happy memories with family & friends. Huge shout out to the hotel staff - hospitality is great & very cooperative.

Putting off two star for the food. Comparing with their luxury and facilities food wasn't up to the mark. And price is also very high for this quality food.

Cozy place for outing in weekend or for short vacation. Great cottage architecture but furnitures are aged, not replaced on due time. Fine dining except sea foods not recommend to try here, otherwise all dishes are just amazing. Huge sized pool facility. Gym n Bar service is too good. Out of all if you seek for entire private leisure, in a country side flavor just checked in there without hesitation.

Very nice resort with lots of activities. The greenery is very attractive. There is the largest swimming pool of Bangladesh and it is very beautiful. I really loved the entire environment and the way they organized it. But lighting within the reception lobby and the villas is not sufficient. However, it is a very good place for exercise and meditation. It is calm and peaceful. The swimming pool area is festive.

Superb. One of the best places to spend. Incredible place. There service is good. Room design best. Various types of villas are available. It has the largest swimming pool of Bangladesh. The environment is praise worthy.
One suggestion to them: improve the conveyance service like palace luxury of bahubal.

This place, somebody says “heavenly”, somebody says “green heaven”, somebody says “wow wow wow” somebody says “excellent” etc etcI’m just saying this is a place which is very organised, clean and truly luxury. The positive thing is about its location which is truly surrounded by natural forest. Huge trees are surrounding here.
The swimming pool, really a huge and I think there is no other big swimming pool in Bangladesh like this. Very well maintained but I saw many people in the swimming pool just wearing their normal dress ( Authority should look at this matter).
Cottage Standard’s is highly satisfactory, bathrooms amenities are truly luxurious.
There is a small field but ok. Foods are okay but very expensive. Negative things are lack of indoor activities not only specially for kids but also for adults.
I just visited this place.

The place is just awesome, amidst greenery, whole place is surrounded by majestic 'Shal' trees. The landscaping is outstanding, the place is not wide enough to enjoy breathtaking landscapes, but still its a tightly knitted greenery. The rooms are good, standard facilities, not overwhelming. The pool is the greatest attraction, a grand, deep blue pool. Loved the experience. But, still no temeperature controlled pool. The juice by the poolside bar is also ordinary. The food is awesome. They offer a barbecue buffet at weekends, amazing offer. It was a eating spree for me, unlimited king size prawns barbecued, so delicious. Other foods are also tasty, lamb roast is a specialty. Serves food with live music. The ambience of the night is surreal.

The place is really really n really beautiful.
I went with my friends, & we really enjoyed roaming there. Specially the complimentary tour inside the resort on four wheel.
We enjoyed having buffet at lunch. Staffs are cordial & humble.

Incredibly beautiful place, and the service was great too. From the moment we walked into the reception area, till we checked out - it has been a great experience. The villas have great interior, the family villas come with a cozy backyard too. Loved the complementary breakfast arrangement. The other meals from the restraints were pretty good, though it did take quite a while to be served. All in all, Bhawal Resort & Spa is a must try if someone's looking for a getaway close to Dhaka.

Beautiful place. Very nicely decorated rooms and bathrooms. The taste of the food at the only restaurant is reasonably good but the price of the food is excessively high. There are very few activities in the resort specially during winter for which one nights stays is enough. The service from the staff is good. Overall, it is one of the best resort around Dhaka but the cost of the rooms and food should be reduced.

A nice, quick break away from Dhaka.
This resort incorporates the indigenous Sal forest and the landscaping also gives it a tropical paradise ambiance. Adequately staffed. Nice architecture and decor.
If you prefer a really quiet room, go for villas that are away from the pool.

Pros: Accommodation and layout is excellent and can easily be called world class. The swimming pools are fantastic. Resort staff are very helpful, friendly and well behaved.

Cons: Despite the quality, it is still on the expensive side. Food is tasty but with limited variation and again expensive. It is also smaller in size compared to similar other resorts.

Verdict: you will absolutely love the experience of staying at Bhawal Resort if you can afford it.

This place is heavenly beautiful. Very clean, nicely decorated, their food was very tasty, we tried their T-bone steak and Fillet steaks as well as Thai food. Their offer prompt service and good hospitality. You can get the idea from my pictures how well decorated and beautiful is this place. I would love to come here again soon.

Great place near Gazipur. It’s started about a year back and is very well maintained. The food and service is also superb. Fantastic place for family weekend getaways and for small groups. Also good for hosting residential conferences.

This place is well decorated for people who would like to spent some quality time with friends or family members. Communication is good enough considering its true natural atmosphere. However, a private vehicle is a must to go there although driver accommodation system is not that convincing. The authority manage rooms at nearby hotel/motel/resort for the drivers which appears unprofessional to me.
The specialty of the resort is its large well decorated water pool. It also offers set menu lunch, BBQ buffets at night (cost is around $25) & a complementary breakfast (buffet).
Apart from that, room service is not that standard compared to its price level. However, they are cordial to their guests.
The resort lacks prayer hall (for the muslims) & there is no doctor available for emergency. However, they have helipads, spa, gym, indoor games etc. facility.

Good place to spend your weekend. rooms are all isolated. low light inside the room and a little privacy problem due to the glass walls of the room. great swimming pool. food is very good.

If one is planning to visit a 5 star level resort near Dhaka, this is the place to go. Yes, the place is yet to be fully ready, but what have been done so far is quite impressive.
We hired some two bedroom villas and one bedroom villas; the first can easily accommodate 6-8 persons and the later 3-4. Sleep quality is very good as well.
Swimming pool is very big and never felt over-populated. We loved the buffet dinner, but breakfast needs to have more variety (with some live cooking stations).
Staff were excellently behaved and very prompt to serve all our needs.
I would recommend the management of this place to add some indoor & outdoor game facilities so that a longer stay does not become boring.
Looking forward to visit this place after is fully ready.

Very nice place to spend your leisure time with friends and family. Concept is great. It is still not completed fully. Golf course, helipad, basketball court, etc. are under construction. Swimming pool is really awesome. Bar-B-Q dinner is superb. Colourful collection of fish make us happy. But it has a lot of improvement areas (no sports zone for children, movie theater, closed conference hall, etc.) if we compare it with The Palace Resort & Spa or Grand Sultan.

Serene, good landscaping and friendly staff. However, lacks many facilities. A heated pool, a lounge / activity center, better food menu would have made this place much better. I am told that they are working on a golf course, theater, kids rides, spa and so on. It is estimated to take another 2 years at least to be in fully equipped/ functional with all facilities. For now, its ok for a day or two only.

Great place but not yet ready. Pool is not heated, bit difficult to use in winter. Spa, kids playroom yet to be developed. Room lighting can be improved to gloomy for my liking. Fast wifi Internet. After its fully completed, will be top destination for vacation.
