Not the place as expected. Very remote place and bad road. A lot of work needs to be done to make it better. Amusement system is horrible.No Natural Views Not recommended.

The place is good for large outing. But I felt they could have added more gloss or things to it. Activities were limited. The bathroom were average. For that price I expected a bit more. It's really far from Dhaka and due to the construction of the flyover nearby you have to get stuck in traffic. The swimming pool is kind of good enough. I mean you can say the place is good enough, but missing the wow factor.

Went there for picnic arranged by ICAB. It was nice. It has playgrounds for children. Toilets are kept clean. Ample parking space. Good place to spend 2-3 hours with your children.

I think the place is good enough for enjoying a day with family or friends though the place is not so big.one can take rest at the cottage decorated there.overall,it's good.

This resort is very close to dhaka city and transport options are ample. The resort has amazing facilities for sporting and swimming. The vip zone, which is only accessible for 3 vip cottage tenants is really nice. You will get a feel of private pool party. The cottages have hanging veranda, where a huge lake is directly visible. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The staffs are also very friendly. Though the cottage prices could have been less expensive, it is still a great option for friends and family get away.

Road to the resort is quite busy with trafic on week days. Once you reach the resort you would see a big iron gate with no special decoration. However, a long driveway with greeneries and a water fountain infront accompanied with 2 white washed statues of ostrich will change your first impression. 3 moderate size playground, 1 mid size swimming pool surrounded with 3 VIP cottages (total 6 cottage with 10 rooms) all are placed just right. 2 storied office building with friendly staffs and manager (Mr. Amin) will greet you and ensure your plesant stay or day-out in the resort. After you check-in, you will be guided to your room. On the wayto the room you will take a walk through nature, big organized trees casting shadows and welcoming you by swaying in the breeze. Within few yards on the right you would see a big green cage (mini zoo) with some curious monkeys and on the left a statue of a half shark with it's mouth wide open. That's a 3D theatre where you can entertain yourself by buying ticket (100/person). Walking through the concrete walkway you will cross 3 play ground and finally reach the cottage (104, 105 & 106) facing the blue swimming pool and a BBQ place. 2 sides of the resort is surrounded by a big lake and running iron grill seperates the resort from the lake during monsoon. Each room (AC) have a decent size double bed, 1 attached bathroom, 1 cabinet for your clothes, 1 table and a chair, celing fan and a TV. The room have an adjacent varanda facing the lake wich enhance the beauty of the room. The food is preety good in taste wich includes breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner with variety of menu and packages to choose from. If you are not self entertaining or nature lover then you might feel a bit bored as the resort have very few/minimun indoor games to keep you engaged. To be on the resort for a night stay may cost per person from 3500 to 5000 BDT. To conclude, it is a good resort with good food friendly staff, medium security and top of all not too heavy on your pocket.

Need more green effect with some trees and gardens. Some more facilities like sitting space and rest space is also necessary.
