  The hub of river transportation of Barguna with the capital and other adjoining places around. The terminal is hardly well taken care of.

  Launch quality has been improved compared to recent years. More advanced ( AC Double, AC single, free internet wifi connection, Active TV connection in all cabins) facilities may be added.

  It's a main port of barguna District if you use river way to come from Dhaka. This port is near to it's main town. If you pick a rickshaw then it will need only 10 minutes to reach at the main town. It's not very much crowded place.

  Barguna Launch Terminal is a popular and well known place of Bargina District. Launches(vessels) go different roots from here. It is famous for long root vessels like Barguna to Dhaka. Every day two big launches start for Dhaka, At the same time two launches departed for Barguna from Dhaka.But it takes about twice more time than bus service.
