It is Bangladesh government owning tourism company. It has a hotel named Hotel Obokash Here. Hotel quality is average. But the costing is reasonable. it has a conference hall. Here a conference or program can be arranged by a low cost. Also small weeding or cultural program can also be held here. Food quality is great because the chefs are from this institute.

Nice environment,Food and staff behaviour was good. The restaurant is at the rooftop at 13th floor. You can see the view of hole area from there.

Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (Government Tourism Organization) , established in 1972 has recently been shifted to its new building address Parjatan Bhaban, E-5 C/1 Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, West Agargaon Administrative Area, Dhaka-1207. This organization is entrusted with promoting and development of tourism attractions, creating tourism infrastructure and ancillary facilities. This organization also provide information to tourists. It also operates hotels, motels, restaurants, bars, duty free operations, picnic spots, training institute etc. This is the pioneering organization of tourism development in Bangladesh.

Talked with head of department, Her behavior was nice but other office members were worst. They talked with me like I'm nothing! Which is shocking. Their job is to make sure students behavior good. But after one hour of discussion I fell they are disgusting and arrogant.

you can buy a tourist discount card at 300tk or less within 5mins and no NID, Photograph and important paper for this. then any where in Bangladesh, you receive discount for their hotel room. it's great
