Old hotel located at the adjacent with Shimanto square. Rooms are big but fittings are old. Room rent is not reasonable.

It's really good accommodation hotel for budget people. It is also in the center of Dhanmondi so people can go where ever they want more easily than other hotels.

The view of the hotel is awesome .
Interior is not luxurious but ok, environment of this hotel is 3 out of 5

Food quality:
Restaurant food quality is not bad at all, over all. The food is above average :)

Recommend to budget loving people.

Poor service, avoid staying in this hotel.
The room service is very lazy and doesn't responds to the phone calls. The complimentary breakfast menu is very limited compared to Eastern Residence in Banani and Razmoni Ishaka hotel which are the hotels in similar budget.
The man present in the reception is very laid back,however the woman is quite helpful.
I frequently visit to Bangladesh for business purposes and this was the first and final visit to this pathetic hotel. The prices are high against the service they are providing.
I'd suggest you all to avoid this hotel. Highly unsatisfied.

This is a good place with a lot of outside benefits, like - shopping malls, restaurants, banks etc. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Overall the service is good.

It was decent & clean. Rooms in the 3rd floors are much nicer. I was a little disappointed about the 1st floor rooms. But it's a good location next to a mall and lots of good restaurants.
