এটি আসলে পশুহাটের জন্য বিখ্যাত, গরু ও ছাগল পাওয়া যায়। প্রতি শুক্র, শনি ও মঙ্গলবার পশুহাট বসে, শনিবারে শুধু গরু পাওয়া যায়, মঙ্গলবার বড় হাট হয়। ঈদের সময় প্রচণ্ড ভিড় হয় পশুহাটের কারণে।পশুহাট ছাড়াও মঙ্গলবার বড় হাট বসে এবং স্বভাবতই অনেক কিছু পাওয়া যায়।

Abader Hat is one of the most noted and known hats/bazars of Satkhira District. It is specially famous for cattle (bovine) buying and selling. In every year, a large number of Indian cattle are exported and gathered here to supply all over the country.
