It's very convenient. Groceries, household items, baking pans You name it, they have it
I've shopped here on many occasions. It's clean and spacious and has friendly and helpful staff. There is ample parking as well. Prices however, are relative according to what a person can afford to spend but I guess that might be impacted by the huge variety, comfortable atmosphere etc
They have most of the items you need for the house and more.
It's a supermarket that's it . if they have what you want get it if not well
We can buy anything in here
It's a supermarket. Food and drink available in abundance. Prices a lot higher than the UK. Surprised to see Waitrose dairy products on sale!
Massey is where I do my groceries while I am in Barbados. It has a better selection than some grocery stores there.
I love all the Massy Store here in Barbados.
Good store in Barbados. They have a lot of items for you to chose from. Very friendly employees.
Not my favorite Massy aesthetically speaking, but it has all the nuts and bolts you'd need to get by. Its in the south coast which is a plus if you're in one of the many nearby hotels. Has a good stock of ingredients for international cuisine too.
Always well organized, great staff and clean surrounddings🙂. The only place I shop.
Was a quite lovely supermarket. Everything was nicely laid out and checkout was relatively quick.
Islanders still call this branch "Big B's" , which is what it was called before being bought by the Trinidadian chain Massy. This one has the best food selection on the south coast, though it's expensive compared to local favourite Popular Discounts in Kendal Hill. There's a small but great bookshop inside, the cafeteria is pretty good value for lunch and there's a Western Union in case you need to receive money.
It is to my knowledge the leading brand in supermarkets with shuttle service and lots of space making it great for persons with disabilities. They also carry a wide variety of procucts and produce. However its not the best for a person on a budget.
Great supermarket with a wide range of everything needed for a self catering holiday. Locals shop there too, prices as expected for Barbados. Something for everyone. Fresh bakery deliveries.
A comfortable supermarket all you need like groceries and several kinds of drinks you'll get it.
The lines were surprisingly short for Christmas Eve. I am happy.
Visited the Pages within to get a book. Boy were they helpful and nice.
We go self catering so use here as our main shop it has everything you need and brands and products you know and recognise .They also offer a free ride back to your stay once you have finished shopping if required
Everything you need, always fresh vegetables nice staff..
A whole shopping experience. Pharmacy for your convenience whilst shopping
Always clean and well organised. You always find what you need.
Large store with lots on offer, even UK Waitrose products. Fresh bread, veg, fruit plus local cooked meals to go. Easy parking & helpful staff.
Local supermarket selling food and various other goods to maintain the home. As with other supermarkets on the island, they can be surprisingly expensive even when compared with London prices. If you can, avoid imported items and stick with locally produced products to keep the cost down.
I have found that this particular branch consistently has a wider variety of canned goods, groceries and deli foods to try.
This grocery has all the basics and then some. One great plus about this place is that it has a free shuttle service to any hotel on the island. So when you are finished your shopping you can just hop on the shuttle and go back to your hotel for free. Great service in Barbados.
Always go for the frozen fish, much cheaper than eating out. But all foods are great
Great prices. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere.
The Massy brand is consistent but the best thing is the wide array of products available.
Friendly professional staff. Clean interior despite drainage and sewage woes in the area. Ample parking.
Only go if you have to, this place requires a bank loan for most items. You're better off going to Popular or Cherish! They want you to buy reusable bags but place them as you enter and mot at check out where you're most likely to buy them. The staff are nice but resigned to their fate and don't even argue when you dis the company which means, in my view, they know but too bored to care? Sad!
Great place to shop for groceries if staying in the area. Have lots of British brands like Waitrose stuff.
Sufficient parking. Plenty of brands. The specials they have can range between good and ok. Sometimes they take too long to restock a particular item. Having a pharmacy, bookshop, cafeteria, bank and a SurePay to pay your bills at all in one space is super convenient, not too mention the post office across the car park.
Loved this store as my neighbourhood go to although the prices are getting way too high. Exceptionally friendly staff and nice layout.
Good variety of foodstuffs and other items under one roof. Prices are similar to those found at other Massy locations. Very suitable to the middle income shopper with some items reasonably priced to accommodate persons who have to stretch the dollar. However, persons with smaller incomes would be better served shopping at other establishments
Everything in one store was so convenient , pharmacy, food court and fresh produce , the supermarket was slightly over price however majority go their supplied was imported, personally everything they sold was better then my local supermarket back in London.
Great supermarket in Bridgetown. Conveniently located near hotels. The selection is a good mix of local and foreign brands. They stock items which may give a sense of nostalgia for people who are from the region like myself and familiarity for those visiting as they carry popular English and Canadian brands; not to mention a selection of wines and spirits. While a bit pricier than the shops downtown its worth the extra in my books.
All in one store. You can grocery shop and pay bills. Grab something tk eat as well. Easy convenient location with plenty of transportation
Has all you want, shopping is hassle free and you're dispatched speedily.
This supermarket has a great variety of products. It also has a pharmacy, bookstore, a bank and bill payment facility located within the supermarket. Breakfast and lunch are served and deli sandwiches are available for purchase.
To be honest it's hard for me to judge- not sure if this store is considered the best of breed or if all grocery stores (or even a lot of stores period) in Barbados are operated like this store. Store personnel apparently is not encouraged to be pesonnable or even barely appoachable- they are note rude but they are just there- somewhat.
Best grocery store in the area, though not the cheapest on everything. Rum cakes are cheaper in the other supermarket around the corner. Great selection of everything, so you do one stop shop here. Shuttle bus service.
I always like shopping at this store the rendezvous branch love the variety and quality of products but prices can be lower
Best supermarket on the south coast. Decent selection and reasonable (for the island) prices.
Not a bad supermarket but prices have increased tremendously after ssle to Masdy. Needs some work on floors and shelving
Large spacious and comfortable place to shop, helpful staff, numerous healthy products
One of the best places to shop while on the south coast of Bbarbado they sell anything you could possibly want.. plus its relatively close to everything
Great service has everything for our needs, free shuttle from store to our place and they were so nice to accomodate is outside of yheir working schedule.
