This has to be the worst in the history of KFC’s franchises.
The food is so bad service not much better.
We had to experience it to believe it.
The colonel would be turning in his grave if he knew this has happened to the KFC brand.report this review -

Always short of staff so if there is a long line you have to wait forever. The cashier often has to end up helping to assist with packing orders

Service was a slow. Took orders from 6 people before surprisingly serving the 4th person in the queue. That's right. Not even the 1st person to order was given their food first.
Chicken was cooked but oily. Otherwise tasted fine. Fries a little undercooked.
No refills on the drinks, so ask for a "little ice only", cuz she completely filled up my cup before filling it with my Coke and the drink fountain was cold already anyway.
