Hotel is lovely but food not so good very limited choice waiter service very slow . Staff excellent so friendly hotel also needs a bit of TLC

Our experience was fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff was great. All the staff from room service, kitchen, grounds, servers/waiters, games room etc. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend. Great gym.

Wonderful! We couldn't fault this place, its got it all, fabulous setting, beach, two restaurants, attentive friendly staff, received an room upgrade so we had a large sitting room, large bedroom, two bathrooms and two balconies! The food is good, but we did have a couple of hit & misses on the dinner front, but we still loved it and can't wait to return.
Sure its needs an update and renovation for the whole place, and I'm certain that they are onto it.
The Vista Bar is a very welcome addition so is the A/C in there!

Nice hotel but the layout is not like your typical hotel, it's more like a small tropical village, which makes your stay much nicer. The staff are very friendly and you can get to know them pretty quickly. Some guests don't seem to leave the premises much during their stay, which isn't very surprising as there is just about everything you could possibly want here. There's also live music in the evenings (usually around dinner time) with different performers each night. My favourite were an excellent girl trio who outsang the original singers of the popular songs they were performing. The age range of guests were also very wide and all the guest mix very well. As a Londoner who is used to waking up to a grey building opposite when I open the curtains in the morning, watching boats sailing by from my hotel room is a definite and welcomed change of scenery.

We definitely want people to know about the resort. It's in need of some updates from the rooms to the rest of the resort. There are only two restaurants so you don't have very many options, but that would be ok if the food was good. I would recommend you go to the Cliff Beach House restaurant and bar right next door. They had the most amazing food we had all week. We had a better lunch at the Chefette. The service is not as good as we have had at other resorts. The people are very friendly and there is a safe island feeling. There are also some great things to enjoy like the pool and the view.

Beautiful Place, Lovely Staff, Great Location! Almost like a fairy town, it is gorgeous. Scenic rooms, pretty gardens. Cool Cave Bar! Wine and Coffee Shop, Day Dare Services, Gym, Gift Shop, Two Restaurants! Fantastic Views and Homey Rooms. Overall 💯

We don't care for tower block hotels, so the layout of the rooms was good for us. The staff are extremely friendly and obliging, a special mention for Tanya and Adrian. The hotel is very clean and well kept with a clean tidy beach.
The view from our room was great as we were overlooking the beach, so sunrise was terrific.
We don't usually do repeat holidays, but this may be the exception.response / report this review -

Fantastic setting, one of the best. The hotel is older and a bit tired but the way it's laid out makes it feel very luxurious. Not your typical straight up straight down. The kids club is of the best. The staff will do anything. I don't like going back to the same place but if I head back to Barbados then I'll go here.

Beautiful hotel in great location with stunning views!!! Spent a wonderful week there with my boyfriend and his dad, and left a couple of days ago. Had an amazing time! Staff are wonderful and always smiling - they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The beach is incredible, well-maintained (clean, tidy beds, etc) and more spacious than other hotel beaches we saw. Cocktails brought out to the beach every hour or so! Great perks too, especially watersports!!!!!

Loved this All-inclusive resort. The staff went over and beyond the call of duty. Especially front desk, dining host and beach bartenders. The is located in the upscale West end of the island. Everything clean and nice plus up to date. My friend got married here and they did an excellent job. I would have given them a 5 Star if the rooms were a little bigger. However, overall I would definitely go back.

Me and my wife went here on our honeymoon in Feb 2014, and enjoyed every minute!
The staff are phenomenally friendly, helpful and professional. The food was outstanding and our room (which was upgraded to a suite for our honeymoon) was perfect in every way.
The worst thing about this hotel is that it spoils you for any other holiday. Me and my wife constantly compare places to the Crystal Cove Hotel and nothing has come up close.
