  For locals and visitors alike this is a place to get Pudding and Souse done old style. This is where the intestine of the pig is stuffed with spices, sweet potatoes and pig's blood and steamed to perfection. The Souse could use a bit more lime but the pepper improved recently and hope it stays that way. Parking can be a challenge since the Sandals Royal is now building but for people who like the old time way of a Bajan delicacy then this meal is worth both effort and wait!

  Marcus Sylvester was the best chef and server we had in Barbados! We loved our dinner there and wish we could come back every day. Enjoy!
