I hope I never have to write another review like this one. Tonight we decided to go with 5 children to go get ice cream—thinking this should be fairly easy.
First off the systems they have to purchase ice cream probably should be changed. They make you pay and decide everything beforehand. This includes toppings, cones or cups, flavours, etc. and all of this at a cash register before anybody can try the ice cream. Needless to say with 5 kids that’s not an easy task. Either way I was not going to write a review based on that. So now we go to the line to give our ticket so the kids can pick their ice cream. We ask the lady working there tonight if we can we try a flavour. We passed the flavour to all the kids to try. We only did this one more time and the girl gave us so much attitude like we are wasting her time.
She walks away several times not interested at all in helping us and her face is basically saying you know what!!
If you are in the customer service industry why would you ever treat people like we are completely wasting your time and should hurry it up. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life at a restaurant. We even paid for 9 ice creams and only ended up getting 8 because we could not take her attitude anymore.
I really hope management pays attention but considering there is no competition on this island to this place I doubt they care.
Do not expect much in terms of customer appreciation if you go and eat here. Food is good but service today made it a horrible experience for my family.

It was a great experience. The food was excellent and the staff was good. The only problem I seem to have is it's too cold. If you eat there make sure to dress warm.

Nice staff. Nice facilities. Usually get my order promptly. I often take my food and walk across to enjoy the beach while I eat. One negative is when it's busy the tables aren't always cleaned promptly after patrons leave.

Located on the south of the island, great fast food with a barbeque barn, great place for little kids, has an inside play park, also nextdoor to the beach and easy access to public transportation

One of my favorite places to visit in Barbados. The food there is great. Try the bar-b-que Barn section for good wholesome foods and a well stocked salad bar. It is always one of my first stops for dining when I arrive.

The food is nice but while I understand that the Barbecue Barn is not fast food. For the starters I had to wait almost an hour. It was unreasonable. Other patrons got full meals way before I did. There is room for improvement.

Love this branch! The recently instated ice-cream parlor (they give you toppings and waffle cones now) is pretty much my only reason to visit.

Amazing food for a "fast food" style restaurant. They have rotis, fried chicken, ice cream, burgers, etc. Fast food is in quotes primarily because the service is super slow but worth the wait. Food is made to order generally and super fresh. This is the McDonald's equivalent in Barbados but is far superior to it. They need to bring this to North America!

You can't beat the roti's from Chefette's anywhere in the Caribbean and I can make roti, so I should know. When on vacation, I never want to cook, so this is a quick stop with healthy Caribbean food I don't mind feeding my family. I have heard that the burgers and chicken is good also, however, I always go for the curry.

Great place to bring kids. Decent sized indoor playground. Prices are reasonable with wide menu selection. Staff are friendly and courteous. It's mainly a family croud. Plenty of seating for all.

This restaurant has both the fast food component (Chefette) and a more relaxed dining area (Barbecue Barn) equipped with a salad bar and free drink refills. And if you want to mix and match your order and get from both areas you can. There's also a playpark for children to play in. This is the perfect restaurant for the family.

Fake meet. ..I have been working in the meat processing industry before and I can tell you this is highly processed with meat glue. Basically you take cheap cuts and add a special enzyme to form one big piece of meat . Orderd the super Plat and the stake felt like eating styrofoam . I normally eat expensive stake in the US so I know what a ribeye steak should taste like .this was horrible. The meal includes one beverage refill . I ask them to put it in a to go cup and they refuse . I already finished my food and wanted to take a walk out side . They made me drink the cup in the restaurant that made me very upset. I took a small sipp and walked out.I will never get back to this restaurant. worst customer service . Also they had Cockroaches over the floor
