House is beautiful but the water pressure was ridiculous and the little ants was every where. The pool man took my daughter cigarette lighter out from the outside table. My daughter had to run and tell him please give me the lighter back. The maid was a little sketchy.

My family of 7 adults had an exceptional time on our second visit to Cane House. We had such a good time on our first visit two years ago it was an easy decision to return for Christmas 2016.
Since our first visit, there have been many improvements to the property notably a new covered patio with lighting, ceiling fans and comfortable furniture which made it possible to enjoy the outdoor space even in the hottest part of the day. We spent many memorable evenings out there lounging and/or entertaining family and friends.
You’ll need a car on your stay at Cane House (rental or taxi), but if you’re up for walking, Half Moon Bay is a 15 minute walk to the north. Speightstown is about 30 minutes to the south but well worth it. Lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Fisherman’s Pub for great local food- try the fish cakes- and the best mauby on the island. If you’re grocery shopping in Speightstown and like me can’t resist fresh bread, stop in at PRC Bakery for the best bread and rolls around.
If you’re planning a family vacation to Barbados and looking for a place where you can unpack, relax and truly feel at home, Cane House is the place.

Absolutely splendid vacation here at Cane House. Beautiful property, great view of the ocean and most importantly, peaceful and quiet. Property was very clean and well manicured. Pool was very well maintained. Kids loved the pool. The support staff was exceptional. Roger (the owner), Simon and Avril ( the maid) were fantastic. This is a great place to stay and we will do it again soon. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who may be thinking about it.
