Ordered the seafood fettuccine, it was quite tasty. Very flavorful, would order again! Also ordered the fruit punch, which was really yummy, it comes frozen, and is somewhat of a mix between a slushy and a smoothie. My rating is low because the rest of my party did not enjoy their food. Did not enjoy the crab cakes as an appetizer. They also did not enjoy the snapper or curry shrimp. Overall, not the tastiest place we've been on the island. Overall, I would recomend the seafood fettuccine, it was delicious (along with the fruit punch). As for the other dishes, mentioned above, I would not recomend.

The food was good the portions aside from the lobster which you can usually expect to be not much is too little. The main course chicken was 5-1/2 small chicken strips and dry. My son had fish which was covered in a nice sauce but there is hardly any fish???

Very nice restaurant. Buffet is the way to go a nice variety and tasty. Prices are somewhat affordable also; not the lowest but not too high either.

The food at Brown Sugar has remained consistent in taste and presentation over the years. Good choice for a family luncheon. You are greeted with such warmth as soon as you enterthe array of delicious desserts is amazing. Located in Aquatic Gap next door to Radisson.

Brown Sugar; what a little gem. Enjoyed this place a lot. Decor was very nice and the food was great. Service was wonderful. A casual dining experience with a little flair.

Tbe food was good but had to wait for a long time before getting our dinner served. So not much fan of service we got there. Maybe it'd better for lunch buffet.

The food was fantastic. I would call it elevated Bajan cuisine. The ambience was absolutely perfect: it had an old world plantation feel, but in a very sophisticated and good way. The staff was attentive and friendly. The prices were fine for the caliber of place it is. We (over)fed eight adults for about US$ 350. However, although I understand that it was a very busy night, the service was on the slow side. That's why I gave it four instead of five stars.

Not great service, had to ask for things several times, and got charged at lower exchange rate than is standard. Lots of Mosquitos undeterred. Several wines unavailable though printed on menu, and substitutes unclear. Food was okay.

Service was a little slow for only having 3 tables occupied but it was the end of the night and I think everyone on this island might be a little too relaxed. Maybe my expectations are too high?

I ordered the grilled shrimp, rice & veggies. The veggies appeared to be steamed for several hours. Everything else was great! The coconut ice cream was perfect. It was also a very short walk from the Hilton, which is nice.

Sumptuous food in a wonderful setting, giving diners the feeling of home cooked food made by their Bajan family!

The food and drinks was great the service was slower than watching paint dry on the walls, not trying to be rude but that's really very accurate so if you're in no rush this is a place for you. We weren't in a rush but still the service was very slow, but then again we saw a lot faster servers providing better service and served other tables faster. I think it was just our server. I'm not going put her name on blast that's just plain rude. Good luck and enjoy!

It took about an hour for the food, which wasn't good compared to other local resteraunts, the waiters were slow and not attentive. The food was very overpriced. The desert was okay though.

Food was great. Had the lamb and it was awesome. Kids had fly fish which was great. Everything is fresh, made on premise, including the ice cream.

    Price is a tad high.
