Poor organisation, constantly under construction and disorder everywhere you turn. Never missed a flight to be fair, but the feeling is that it's faster to arrive from Berlin to the airport than to enter the airport itself. Don't expect any order whatsoever. The queue will be long and more like a random mass of people (passengers mixed with their relatives who are there just to say goodbye to them).

Everything is ok. Free parking for 15 minutes, when exceeded it’s 2KM per hour. Don’t throw out or lost parking ticket since you will be charged by 50KM :). Taxi service is relative cheap. Airport is relative small and it’s better to find it put via GPS.

Very poor organized, no monitor for arrivals or departures, no bus connection to bigger citys, no waiting area. A cafe inside airport is very expensive, but with poor quality of food or hot drinks. Cafe is awful.
Positive- some parking area, and a rent-a-car to choose from.

I´m not sure if this airport can be called international. They are very unorganized althougt there are only 4 flights per day.
Our flight took off with 60 minutes delay because they were no able to do safety control on time.
Only one line for safety control was open, 3 people working and 4 standing and doing nothing. Definetely, "International" airport has to improve their process.
Non-smokers are discriminated. There is no area free of cigarettes smoke. Sorry, there is. outside. This airport is a joke!

Airport is small and practic.Few bad things are:Whole airport is full of cigarette smoke, even the terminal and the check in lines.Restourant hass a lot to offer but Its a little bit expensive.Coffee is 2 euros and a random cake is about 1,5 euro per slice.Parking is expensive. There is no conection between airport and the close cities like Tuzla or Zivinice, only ride you can get are rent a car or a taxi.Airport is hars to find.Staff is nice and have respect.

Worst place in the world. No organization and only 3 staff members working all positions and are all extremely rude. People are smoking everywhere and there are no chairs for people to sit. Honestly worst airport I have Ever been to. Avoid at al costs.

Really small and outdated airport. Closes at midnight and usually opens at 3:30 a.m. . No mass transportation to Tuzla so natives are trying to scam you. Definitely do not recommend for a stay longer than 2 hours.

Very small airport, not so clean, like an old building, you might be surprised that once you get off from the plane you'll see immigration passport control. It's a bad idea if you travel to here around winter cuz you'll wait in the line outside the building without any cover at all. No bus or transportation except taxi in the night. If you have no time, you can stay at guest houses near airport. So many good guest houses with only 10-12 €/night. By car only 3 min, by walking around 10 min. Don't walk at midnight many dogs along the road. Fyi, you dont need to walk to reach these guest houses just ask the owner to pick you up from the airport free! They will welcome you as well. They are really helpful.

A small, practical airport. Not open 24 hours. There s an exchange office with fixed rates/no comission, car rental inside. Far from the Tuzla center. You can either take a cab or walk around 12 mins to take a bus for 1.5KM (which is not so often)

It's good that there are low cost flights in BiH but you pay a high price for it at this aiport :) The building is very old, dirty and full of smoking people. There is one restaurant and it is bad. Bad promotion for the wonderful Bosnian kitchen. You can only pay by cash. The airport has no ATM. The "gate" (waiting room) is dirty and small. There is one tax free booth for of course: alcohol and cigarettes. You can't land here in foggy weather (this area is prone to fog) and security is a bit of joke. Just use the airport and forget about it as quick as you can. I hope they start building a new terminal soon. (Designs looked nice)

Sad that the administration doesn't want to invest in some basic things that make up a decent airport. It is really a suprise Wizzair decided to fly in here. If you have any other option DO NOT fly to this airport!

One room, one overpriced restaurant with 3rd grade food (smoked up) and a cold 'non smoking' area (which you have to go through the smoked up one to enter). Staff have so much to learn to keep it flowing and are not polite at all. Flights are always late and you can surely count on them being several hours late.
