Online & Mobile check-in not possible for LH and OS flights :/
No open internet, neither support roaming partners internet connection.
This a very small airport. As such, it both closes overnight and you shouldn't ordinarily need to be there 2 hours prior to your flight. There's also very limited free Wi-Fi. It may help to know that there is one taxi company with a monopoly at the taxi rank outside the airport. The price from Sarajevo to the airport (and vice versa) should be fixed at around €10, however this company will likely overcharge you. Unfortunately, the official airport bus is not always reliable. However, it is only around €2.50 in local currency.
Small airport, quite quiet especially during the hours when there are no flights. No long waitings, everything is going fast and you dont need to get to airport very early before the flight. You simply cannot miss your flight in this small airport. But there should be definitely more seats at the airport before passing the security check!
The worst airport I have ever been as there is no public free wifi network at airport. I think Bosnia & Hersihova government needs donation for free wifi bill. If glorious (!) government ask for it, i can pay the bill.
Very polite and helpful staff, airport is in good condition and toilets are clean. Only small minus so far is long queue for passport control when arriving but overall nothing to complain about
Small local airport without many people. Easy to deal with. Service is not to bad.
International Airport Sarajevo has an amazing team!!!
I'm very thankful to each and every one of you who are doing a great job on a daily basis. I appreciate all of you, especially Miss Dalila, She is very sweet, helpful, efficient, simply amazing!
Keep up the good work!
Small, but for Sarajevo, big enough. A lot improvements in progress, and many more planned. Number of passengers is growing, so is the airport. They should solve problem with the taxi-drivers-voulchers, that is the reason for a missing star! My advice, do not use taxis parked outside, call one of the taxis from any other company!
It was really hard to get the airport, the only easy option is by using taxi. Dont try to use public transportation especially while you are in rush. It is actually strategically near to the city center. No option of food, just a tiny food court. WiFi is free for only 15 minutes, are you kidding me? LOL.
A small Airport that fits the amount of traffic passing through. clean and tidy. Has a muslim praying area after the passport control on the left. Has a lot of options for renting cars.
Small and clean airport but the choice of restaurants and bars is very limited and expensive. I could let that go (airports are more expensive in general) if the waiters were kinder but I have never seen anyone this rude. I get the impression they hate their exsistence and the fact they "have" to be there. If you ask to pay with the credit card, the waiter acts as if you just punched him in the face!?!
Please consider changing the staff for younger, approachable, more energetic and customer oriented bar staff. The food choice is horrible, how about adding some fresh sandwiches instead of dry white bread with 3 slices of turkey and a lettuce leaf? There are so many great bakeries in Sarajevo, use them.
Also, please regulate the wild taxi service outside, you can do this! It is not OK to rip the tourist off and charge 20-30 euros to city center.
I love my country and I am ashamed that this is the first impression you get of Sarajevo and Bosnia.
Well organized small airport, helpful staff
Very nice for small air port, good coffee, clean..
Lovely small airport, clean, neat!
Helpful and polite staff!
The airport itself is small, clean, and appears efficiently run. The staff all speak English, and as of recently there is a bus line from the airport to the city center. However, the geography of the place limits it, as Sarajevo gets extremely smoggy in December / January, so make sure you keep that in mind if travelling through this airport as you might be grounded till the smog lifts (which might take weeks, trust me, I've been stuck in Istanbul and had to take a Zagreb connection, and proceed via bus just to get back home to Sarajevo).
