Stayed here for two nights with my wife and babyworth every star, breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from, room was great, spacious, clean and everything we needed, staff were very nice.
Everything was top class, welcoming staff, great location, within minutes of everything from food bars pubs shopping centres, a really good central place to be if your exploring Sarajevo cityHighly Recommend staying here.

This was the nicest Residence Inn that I have ever stayed at. The rooms were huge, I had a wrap around balcony with wonderful views of the city. I had a welcome note and treats, and the breakfast was super tasty. The front desk staff were very some of the nicest I have met in the industry. I felt like a rockstar during my first trip to Sarajevo. Although the hotel isn't in the Old Town, it is a 5-10 minute walk to all the sights. I actually liked the location better since it was a bit quieter than in the hustle and bustle of Sarajevo. Without a doubt, I will certainly stay here again during my next visit.

Removed from old city center by 10 minutes. Restaurant options thus very limited. Breakfast simple but very good.

I did not stay here but had a nice coffee with a business parter and experienced very nice and professional staff behavior. As far as I know at the moment this is also the only electric car charging station. Another Tesla Vehicles charging station is indoor.

Nice staff. Rooms are comfy provided with ac and heated showers. Free breakfast although it comes with limited options. The location is close to the old town. Good experience overall.

Hotel is in a good location but not as central as some of the other hotels in Sarajevo. Be prepared to lots of outside noise as it is literally surounded with roads with heavy traffic.
There are not a lot of restaurants or shops in the immediate area, but it is an easy walk to the historic center of the city.

As we entered our room we noticed that the air conditioning had an awful smell and that fingermarks from previous users were present on most of the glass surfaces in the room and there is surely plenty of it.
Room was big but lacks some basic amenities like wash clothes, extra towels. Housekeeping did not clean the Kitchen area (even after we made them aware of the issue), the kettle leaked and the coffee machine did not work even after they replaced it. There was no soap near the sink a few days. So I had to use my own.
Made the reception aware of the situation few times however nothing was done to resolve it and we had this issue through out our 3rd day stay!
Another issue for me was that this is a dry hotel and does not serve alcohol which I absolutely respect but would mean that I would not personally chose the hotel again.

The Residence Inn is more of an apartment than a hotel room. With giant need. Leather sofas, great kitchen with microwave toaster coffee machine, A bathroom with a huge walk in shower. I was so impressed I always return here for all my trips. I'm here on business so I don't always use all the facilities, but it's nice to have the option.

Hotel is fine and it's close to Old Town. Lots of families stay here, so it can be noisy at times with lots of kids running around. There is underground parking available and also outside parking which is cheaper. Breakfast is available but nothing special. Gym is small. The wifi works great. Right around the corner from 24hr fast food places.

Nice staff, good location, overall pretty average hotel. Breakfast was OK and matched the smallness of the hotel, so you'll have the basics but not too many options. The gym was also pretty nice for the size of the hotel. As another comment said, if you book through a third party site they won't let you use your Marriott rewards number so beware of that! Might make you reconsider staying at the Marriott.

Everything was average and nice. When you book through a third party site like kayak or Expedia you are treat like a second class citizen at times since hey won't take your Marriot number. Breakfast was decent with eggs, bread and meat. Friendly staff that are helpful. Rooms are nice as well. When we asked to move to a room with 2 twins they were very helpful.

Large, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was equipped with basic necessary essentials for a short or long stay. Breakfast was included and had many tasty options. Gym was quite basic. Female staff were quite pleasant; the male staff at the front desk were a bit surly, however. Great location.
