The hotel is located in the city center which means nothing is far, you can walk to the Malls and to the Old town in max 15min. Plus the hotel have a sky bar and a restaurant in the top roof which has an amazing overlooking view to the city.
Courtyard has a good reputation and also known to always providing clean rooms and an excellent service.
You can also access to a Netflix account for FREE and watch movies via 50” Smart TV, which is amazing!!

Modern, really clean, big rooms and bathroom, great wifi. Everything you need is here and everything works as it should. Decently priced cafe-bar in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel have a good location near downtown. Absolutely smoking free, which is a big plus for non-smoking guests. Good ambiance, helpful and friendly staff. They also have a rooftop launge bar with a nice view on the city.

Nice place in a center of Sarajevo. Price are relatively high comparing to other hotels but the rooms and services are great. There is a sky bar cafe on a roof of the hotel, so you can enjoy drinking coffee or tea while you are enjoying spectacular view to Sarajevo. As this hotel is in strict center, all important touristic objects are close to you. Food is great, service is great.rooms are relatively great.

Staff could be a little more nicer. Interior of this place is wonderful. However, no need for VIP and "regular" reception desk.

Exceptional service from the friendly staff. I was told the hotel is new. Modern decor, comfortable bed. No swimming pool 😦. I recommend you stay here. They will treat you right!

If you get the room close to the gym you can pretty much hear everything if you're within range. I asked to switch rooms and received the wheel chair access room. The shower soaks the entire floor. Staff was very friendly. If I had another room and different circumstances I'm sure it'd be 5 stars. Next time my review pending the room assigned will be different. Overall a great experience except the room assigned.

I am a regular visitor to Bosnia Herzegovina and have stayed in many hotels in Sarajevo. I have stayed on the Marriott Courtyard Hotel Sarajevo twice in recent months. On my first visit I was greatly impressed with every aspect of the hotel in particular the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. On my second visit, if anything, I was more impressed by the ability of the staff to make me feel so welcome.
I must also comment on the quality of the food which I found to be very high. All in all a great hotel which will be my choice on my future visits to Sarajevo. Highly recommended.

We did not use hotel service, only sky bar, but if they have excellence service in bar, I can only imagine how hotel is awesome. I would recommend for all that travel to Sarajevo to visit this sky bar and enjoy great music and service. They offer great drinks and cocktails and the view from there is amazing. Love it!

Nice little hotel. 25-minute walk to the city center. Good, clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff, lovely rooftop bar with views of the city and its hills. Simple breakfast brunch with an excellent live omlette chef.

We got the smoking room,but we made the reservation for nosmoking one. But after our complain we got the nice unsmoking room with the city view. After nice dinner a close restaurant"Vinoteka"we recieved in our room a big plate of fruit as a"sorry"for a first room we got. Thank you Mariotte Sarajevo stuff to make our stay as a pleasure.
