  Excellent accommodations. Clean, large and quiet apartment. Great view of Mostar and only a 8 minute walk to the bridge. Hosts were 5 stars!

  Kuća Muslimbegović is a great Ottoman merchant's house. Well preserved, and presented with carpets and interior items representative of the age, it is well worth a visit when travelling to Mostar.

  This was a great place to stay - the bed was comfortable, the room large and well decorated, and the staff friendly and easygoing.
  
  If possible to deduct half a star I would note that the bathroom was tiny and claustrophobic. In this case I round up to 5 stars because everything else was great.

  The Muslibegovics represent a noble lineage in Hercegovina, a where its members were governors for many centuries. Members of this noble family establish themselves in Mostar at the end of the 17th century following the fall of Herceg-Novi the to the Venetians in 1687. At that time, the Muslibegovic is owned property all over Herzegovinia (the southern portion of today's Bosnia Hercegovina) and continue to exert substantial influence over social and political affairs in the region.
