Comfortable rooms, walk-in closet, big bathrooms, good food and nice view from restaurant.
Pro's:
Rooms, food, pool, unusual kind of restaurant with spinning (very slow, don't worry).. Conference hall to choose from small to really big. Equiped!
Con's:
In bathrooms, no shower curtain, so you have water everywhere after showering..

If you stay at the higher floors, you do get to see a nice view, but the hotel itself is very dated and not maintained very well.

The view of Sarajevo says it all. I highly reccomend rotating restaurant that shows all the features of the area while making 360 degree rotation within a two hours. The food is nice, the waiters are professional, cost is euro range.

Nice place with pleasant staff and big rooms, swimming pool, spa center, bowling alley, billards club, and 100 meters from McDonalds. Bad side - it is far from old part of town which is worth to visit, but it has good public transport connectivity. Be sure to visit 15th floor rotating restaurant Blue Prism for view of surrounding city.

I generally liked the whole experience but there should be some improvements in order to approve the 5*. Windows in our room were not clean though the view was great, the bed was comfy but the lamp light was broke and so the toilet door handle.

Excellent hotel
That a steam room, gym, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, sauna, beauty central in the hotel
Staff are warm welcome
The was very unique for the elevator to room
You only need to press your floor number then the elevator will directly to the particular floor
Breakfast was at the top floor revolving restaurant
Room was pretty huge and clean tidy

Very bad service and unprofessional staff who desperatly need education in hotel service and situation handling. Swimming pool water cold and deluxe rooms not worth the money. Bathrooms are cold and in need of renovation. It's definitely not a five star hotel! The rooms have very bad maintainance and are in poor condition. Would never stay here again. Very dissapointed.

We were in Blue Prisma restaurant for lunch and it was very dissapointing. The food was unsalted, dry and without almost any taste. The place has a beautiful view and it is such a shame that it doesn't fit with the offer. Considering the price, we were expecting much more.

The restaurant here is not good at all. The laundry services is not that clean. The rooms and bathroom is not comfortable. I give this hotel 3 star

The hotel is very beautiful and is in a good location. Breakfast is served on the 15th floor and has the most incredible view of Sarajevo all around. The selection of food is very good. You can access the city centre with just one bus which is convenient. The room and bathroom are spacious. The beds are comfortable.

Great hotel with nice leasure facility. Big rooms with an even bigger bathroom and amazing views. Not quite a 5 star hotel but it's definitely one of the better hotels I have stayed at. Definitely worth the money.

Spacious rooms but not well maintained. Buffet breakfast would ran out quickly of some basic foodstuff which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Indoor pool is nice and bigger than others. Gym doesn't offer many options. Hotel has a parking garage with limited space.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The hotel located on the main street between downtown Sarajevo and Ilidza. You will find many nice cafes and restaurants. Also, you will find a Nice bowling lanes in the ground floor of the hotel. I recommend it for families and married couples.
