Probably the best value for money hotel in Sarajevo area. Great staff, very friendly and helpful, professional service. Quite good location in Ilidza, close to tram station, low price for overall service. Big room with double bed, nice and clean bathroom, air conditioning. Very nice breakfast, plenty for all different tastes. Recommended.

Lot of rooms, old and new parts, pool inside of hotel and thermal riviera next to hotel. Shopping mall in front of it.. Capital city is close enough but not too much so it is not crowded. There is now bathtub in rooms, there are showers, but with so many opportunities for swimming it is not necessary. There are lot of Congress rooms too.

1. Clean and nice hotel
2. Acceptable prices.
3. If you are sportman or here for a spore related action, the hotel is your place. Full of children for different tournements. Basketball, football, swimming etc.
4. A bit noisy because of so many children
5. Very close to airport
6. 4 kilometers far from Vrelo Bosne, 500 meter from Velika Aleja
7. I don't advice you full board accomadation. Menu is same every night. Be sure yo wll be bored. You can take dinner at Brajlovic Restaurant. (Aroun 150 meters)

The rooms are good and clean but the bathrooms need some improvements. There isn't any shelves near the shower to put your shampoo or shower gel.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a 2 week tour around the Balkans and I have to say that this really was the worst hotel included on the tour. I travel alot as a travel industry employee and really, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. It's certainly not deserving of a 4-star rating, it feels reminicent of a Soviet Holiday Camp. The rooms here on first glace seem ok, but when you look deeper they're not. The carpets and bedding were stained, the air con didn't work, the bathroom had no shower curtain or anyway to keep the water in the bath when showering, the staff were INCREDIBLY rude, check-in took over 30 minutes. Practically my whole group complained about this hotel.
Aside the actual hotel issues, the location is terrible, a huge distance from the centre of beautiful Sarajevo.

Very pleasant staff, nice bar, clean and very comfortable rooms. Suitable for any kind of stay. Meals are based on the Swedish table principle. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is always available for all customers. The position of hotel is out of Sarajevo (Ilidza), but it is an additional advantage becuase If you like calm and relaxing places than this place is great.

there are two parts of the hotel the 3star and the higher newer one, the new one is fine but the old one is for 3 stars, 4 star rating based on previous experience. coffe is good by the way.

weird interior in this hotel. everythings seems improvised and built without a plan. The food is very good value for money. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. this place is excellent for small focus groups or round tables.

👎crawling with Arabs and Kurdish!!!
Hotel looking like place, mainly made from/for taking money from lower or lowest Arab class! Constantly under construction, awfull indoor-outdoor (non)finish and organisation! Since owner is trying to take some money at every step it ended up looking like some funny indoor carneval (used massage chairs for rent at the reception and such, used limousines for rent almost blocking entrance and so on)! Simply said:"yayk"!!!

I personally had my wedding there and was not satisfied at all! The limo driver made an accident and a few incidents which then made me late to my wedding. He ended up being a waitress at the wedding and the hotel management did nothing to take care of it. Also i ended up being charged for 15 spots which were not even there with a full charge! The only good thing about it was the food overall! Not to mention the A/C barely even worked with a room of 150 people the feeling is not pleasent at all.
