Parking is chaotic, rooms are small and odd. It is very close to city center. Make sure to avoid last floor.

I was here last year, parking is too small, and stuff need to park your car. Sound isolation in room is terrible.

Rooms on the last floor are made for midgets. Cheap bed, cheap sheets, no remote for tv... Parking is another nightmare. I wander who gave them the license for the hotel without the parking space. And location difficult to find. 3 from me.

I believe my bedroom used to be a bathroom. It's basically a shower, there were nozzles and tiles. Our bathroom door handle was broken. The shower had no curtain or door and the shower hose holder was broken so the hose needed to be held the whole time and if put down water would go everywhere.

In my room a wardrobe was blocking a big window that looked into the hallway. I could hear EVERYTHING. I could hear people speaking in the lobby as if they were next to me.

I got a small blood stain on my sheet from a nosebleed I have which I couldn't wash because they turn the water off for 5-6 hours in the middle of the night!! They made up the other person's bed in the room and didn't touch mine, never mind replacing the sheets, they didn't MAKE THE BED.

Unless you can't spring for better don't go here. At all.

Horrible experience. When checked in noticed a big stain on the bed sheet. Requested changed but the reception tried to say it was me who did it and then denied because were understaffed. Room was dirty- hair balls on the floor, stained tile/walls, and spider webs in corners. Water was completely turned off during the night. In the morning only cold water was available. At check out, credit card machine didn't work so there was a huge hassle paying for the hotel to a point where the reception threatened to call border police.

Amazing hotel. Great location, clean, tasty breackfast and wonderful staff. Why not 5 stars is because of room sizes. It would be OK if I wasn't traveling with three kids. Anyway, I sincearly recomend it to all looking to stay in Sarajevo.

Outside looks much better than inside. Hotel is obviously without housekeeper.

Rooms are brightly lit throughout the whole night: there are glass windows above each door through which the bright hallway light enters.
There is no sound-proofing whatsoever from the lobby or other rooms. Impossible to get any decent sleep.
Shower has mold and water runs as a small trickle. Bathroom light is a naked light bulb which is infrared activated and which turns off if you don't move around franticall.
Internet access doesn't work at all or is pathetically slow. etc. etc.
