This is a really great hotel with lots of amenities, such as well being center, restaurants , and coffee lounge. The clients will spend a very comfortable stay, in this incredible cities full of history. There are 186 rooms with different view of the cities. They are all very nicely decorated with a modern designs. Warm and vivid colors to provide tranquility and joy. The rooms are of a large size, and the bathrooms are modern and very comfortable. There are 2 restaurants and Cafe in the hotel , which provide great and creative food with good service. The cuisine is based on the finest seasonal and organic products or regional specialities, as well as delicious dishes of the great traditional European cuisine. The lobby is large and very nicely decorated providing a great atmosphere of a world class hotel. Hotel Bristol as a strong part of Sarajevo history, today shines in an entirely new look and modern building Other amenities/ services Satellite television, Earliest check-in at 14 00, 3 lifts, Porterage to 11 59, Room Service from 11 00 to 23 00

Excellent hotel with friendly staff.The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is situated in a good location. The food is varied and great.

Stayed there for a business trip. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and a peaceful/quiet location. It has a big well-equipped conference hall with small meeting rooms.

Very good location, easy to go to airport and old town, with two tram station near by, 1.8KM per way.
Now there is airport bus, and 5KM to the center, we can ask the driver to stop on the way.response / report this review -

Lovely brand new renovated hotel, with strong tradition in hotel business. Very good location, slightly out of town center, what is perfect for easy walk or bicycle ride. For business purposes, ideal for conferences, workshops and seminars.

VIP place nice for business meetings. Lack of parking area for guests not reflecting the quality of this place. If available for ordinary visits too caffe is great with nice view.

Although it is generally clean and nice breakfast, there are lots of spiders in some of the rooms. And, the staff doesn't do anything else to change room because of intensity. And, some of the rooms are ver smaller than others. Never accept the rooms near the elevator.

Stayed for leisure. Hotel is excellent. Service is excellent. Room large, modern and extremely comfortable. I had a comfortable and quite room just the receipt after a long trip. The hotel does not serve alcohol✌️You get a five star experience for a four star price

Stayed at this hotel several times with my wife and its world class, no difference from Emirates Towers in Dubai to Trump Towers in Vegas only this is in Bosnia.Highly Reccomended brekfast is superb as well as all the staff, very polite and go out of their way to help.

I was staying here with my girl, for 4 nights, for New Year holidays . We were so happy,for going to Sarajevo.
At beginning , parking a car ( very small free parking, own responsibility) and check in.
- Check in procedure was HORRIBLE, they already took 100€ from my card for first night as a guarantee for staying, so i wanted to pay rest nights with cash , the rest was about 300€ with caution, but receptioner told me , that i must pay again the first night, so i gave them 100€ more . She said that they will refund me that " card" 100€ with in 48hours . So total account cost me cca500€ ( *100€ my blocked card money , 300€ rooms , 100€ caution ), instead cca330€ as we agreed by phone.
Ok, i had a money, so I payed all , but my money that they told to refund is still blocked , they didint refund it , BUT it is pass 7 days since check in, my refound momey is still unrefoud ( blocked ).
ADVICE: Be carefully with their procedures, and with your money , if there writes 300€ it could easyly jump to 500€ in this hotel.
Rooms are clean and modern.
Bed is too small and uncomfy for watching tv.
Toilete is nice. But there is no hot water from 01:00-06:00, shame for 4 stars hotel.
Wi-fi is too slow, TV has only 50 chanels wich are too boring to watch, and chanels are too oldfashioned for young .
WINDOWS cant be wide opet , that was very dissapointment, because Clime device does not working fine , and it' s always too hot and stifling in rooms.
Staff is very polite, all hotel staff realy was .
Sauna and the pool are a little bit crowd but nice.
Brekfast was nice.
Next time when I go to Sarajevo , I will looking for some other hotel, because this one is too expencive and uncomfy.response / report this review -
