It is a nice and clean place, but you have no privacy.But at the other hand, with a little amount of money you have a place to spend the night, and the beds are well made up.The toilet is also very clean.

Nice staff, but the bad wifi, number of toilets+showers/guests and the water cuts around midnight.. I’m sorry but look elsewhere until these are fixed..

Concierge was very helpful, but overall the place is crowded and the bunk beds are very uncomfortable. They are set so low that it is practically impossible not to hit your head each day getting up. The wifi is also absolutely terrible, connects and disconnects randomly, which is inconvenient if you are trying to plan a trip.

My boyfriend had a nosebleed, and bled on the sheets. We paid for the damage, but the staff was very rude to me. I learned later, after they attacked me on a Facebook post, that it was because they thought I had my period, and accused me of lying. Very rude, very unprofessional.

Nice place for backpackers. Receptionist are nice and can give you good advice for travel to the nearby cities!

Nice and cozy hostel with dedicated personal. Good to know: dorms on the second floor are all sort of connected (no walls up to the roof), so can be a bit loud, but still really nice though

Simply the best hostel in Sarajevo (and I've stayed in quite a few). This was the best night's sleep I had on my trip and the staff are so unbelievably kind. The lady who runs it is so sweet and helpful. I honestly could not recommend this place enough. The location is absolutely ideal and the price is very reasonable.
