  Best service possible from all of the employees at Hotel story. The service could simply be described by three well earned words: professionalism, servicemindedness and humbleness. I strongly recommend the Hotel to all passing people no matter what errand they have! A cosy living in the very center of beautiful Sarajevo // Firat

  Great location and excellent service! Modern and cozy with comfortable rooms and pleasant atmosphere, really a place where you can make yourself “at home”. The staff is very professional and gave me some great advice about how to experience Sarajevo in the best possible manner. I highly recommend this hotel!
