  Osoblje treba poslati ponovo u klupe i naučiti o osnovama kulture, kako općenito, tako i na radnom mjestu. Neljubaznost i drskost su odlika radnika u ovoj ambasadi!

  Juce i danas sam zvala. Jako neljubazni na telefonu. Brzo skinu te sa linije. U Njemackoj sam sve jako ljubazni zavrsila, ali ovde je odvratno. Gadite mi se vi koji radite u Njemackoj ambasadi. Niste dostojni Njemaca uopste.

  Bila sam za predaju papira tj.odjavu iz bosanskog drzavljanstva moga sina u frankfurtu tako sto mi je prvo uradio mladi gospodin oko 30 i jos nesto star mijenjao je gospodina Pavica posto je Pavic bio na odmoru pobacao mi je papire iz tog razloga sto trazi neke stvari bez kojih je protekao proces kod moje kcerke i bez originala tj preko notara sa kopijom opecacenom kod drzavnog suda prvo mi je pobacao pa je bio agresivan htio je da me tuce pa sam izasla u hodnik a njegov kolega koji je stajao u hodniku kojem sam smetala napao me je sto stojim u hodniku trebam u prostoriju uci pa me je gurnuo pa sam mu ja rekla da me ne gura da nema pravo da cu mu policiju nazvati a on ce meni na to odgovoriti DA MI JEBE MATER I DA MI SVA POLICIJA MATER JEBE!!!!KASNIJE UZELI SU PAPIRE MOJE BEZ PASOSA DJECIJEG STO ZNACI TO NIKAKO NEMOZE!Potom sam ih morala moliti da uzmu pasos evo vec 2 mjeseca kako cekam odgovor niko se nejavlja telefonskizvala sam i hediem isto niko se nejavlja ja neznam koje tim ljudima ustipio to radno mjesto i stolice da tu zaraduju i hrane svoje porodice mislim dokle god je takvih na radnim mjestima nece funkcionisati posao izmedu musterija nasih drzavljanina i naseg konzulata neka vam je svima na sramotu pljunuti vas u lice treba sve redom srecom da postoje druge zemlje gdje se ljudi mogu spasavati sto dalje od bosne i bosanskog umeta ilu bolje reci Naleeta fuj gadno !

  I make a call and a very rude woman gives me info just to get rid of me. I write an email and the information she gave me turns out to be wrong. Also the information they have on the site is often inaccurate. I applied for a visa based on requirements they told me about and turns out that were not the requirements. They also told me to open a bank account so i can apply for a visa but in order to open a bank account you need a visa. Its horrible and shameful for an embassy to work so poorly.

  The staff in the embassy is so unprofessional and annoying. I came two times to Sarajevo to deal with my visa and both of the timea they managed to piss me off, not to mention that one day they didn't work at all for no reason. There is this woman that deals with telephone calls, and I guarantee you that you will not meet an more annoying person than this woman. This is soooo bad, I don't want to have anything anymore with them. You wait 1+ hour because they're lazy and won't come to their work place, tell you that you need to bring more papers 10 minutes before you hand your passport over to get the visa, they are annoying, nervous etc. Avoid at any means necessary

  Trying to use the website to make an appointment, shittiest website I've ever used! Those guys are stuck in 90's with their nonfunctional old stupid captcha.
