Amazing Bosnian cuisine. Only thing that bothered me a little is that they are not transparent with their prices, and tourists would feel unfairly charged. It would be so much more appreciated if there are equal prices, it really makes a better (local) experience for tourists. (Even thought its still very affordable)

Ask for prices before you order as they don’t appear to be advertised; consider going to Aščinica Hadžibajrić F. Namika (nearby) for something similar (try the meat stuffed peppers and onions) but at a more reasonable cost.

Good lunch venue. You look and choose what u want to eat. Soups stews etc and sweets and soft drinks. Pity no coffee or tea. Have toilets.

Good place to eat and you don't know what to choose. It's frequent by locals and it has homemady food every day (obviously it's repeat some dishes from one to another). The good point it's all dishes are traditional recipes from Bosnia and also you can get an economy lunch choosing a dish with different meals (see pictures), so if good choice if you want to try different things.

The guy is friendly but this food is severely overrated and the prices are much too high. (There isn't even a fixed menu with prices. You get the feelings that foreigners pay a "special" price)
If you are looking for an authentic Bosnian meal, I would tell you to venture out further out. Cafe Roma is one of my favorites that I've discovered so far.response / report this review -

Najbolja ascinica u gradu Sarajevu. Tradicionalna Bosanska hrana koja se mora probati. Great restourant. This is certainly "must see" place and "must try" tradicional Bosnian food in the heart of old town Bascarsija Sarajevo. Love it!
